I gifted this to a tween girl, age 11, who enjoys drawing and crafts.She played with it a full 2 hours on Christmas morning.It was the first gift she played with and she created 3 lovely rooms: a dream bedroom, a music room and a room for her brother. It was obviously her favorite gift. Lots of youth flavored designs and fun are included. You will find a variety of lamps, instuments, beds, rugs, windows, funky sofas and chairs, curtains and lots of room to use your imagination in your designs. Zero learning curve for her; her first drawings were a great success. This set requires 3 AA batteries to run the light tablet which is nice and bright and good for tracing all sorts of things.You could use normal printer paper to draw on. The pencils in the set are very basic. If you have the money to spare, I suggest a nice set of colored pencils and a good sharpener to go along with this set.Lots of colors will create more variety in designs and they can pattern bedspreads and the walls.This is just the perfect toy for those girls who have outgrown most toys!Worth the money and fine motor skills educational. Wow! What a game! Let me first say that this isn't a competitive type of game...unless you make your own rules! ;-) The quality of the pieces and game board are amazing! This isn't a low-budget kind of game! Designed to be played by a couple, it makes trusting, communication, and passion fun! I love how this game isn't just a raunchy game, but really causes the couple to want to be closer, to be comfortable and accepting of each other, and to learn how to have fun! Questions like "Tell your partner what they do that turns you on." or "Tell your partner a memory you have together where you had the most fun with them. keep things loving and allow intimacy while other demands keep things spicy. I must admit though, we too went through the cards and took out some that we just don't do, but that didn't minimize the fun of this game! We bought this table and chairs for my son's playroom, little over a month ago.It is very cute, and was simple to assemble.However, just a month of use (and this is not even daily use) and the chairs are all falling apart, the table is so wobbly that I had to take it to a storage area today as I was afraid they would get hurt on it, and one of the chairs is splitting on the side.I know that things can loosen up over time, but this is far from what I would consider to be acceptable.My son is 2 1/2, his playmate is 2.Adults are not sitting on these.It just seems like poor construction, we have tightened these up a few times already, but last night seeing the state of these was shocking.I wish now that I had spent the extra money to buy a better set.I believe this will be in the trash in less than a month.

This table and chair set is one of the cutest I've seen. I ordered it for my children's together gift for Christmas. The design is so cute and although it hasn't hardly been used yet, the paint looks as though it couldn't be chipped. I'm not an expert on these things, but it doesn't seem like it would scratch too easy since the design is inset into the wood. The legs are a dark brown just like in the picture and match perfectly with the design. I know they are going to love it for Christmas. I have yet to put it together, since we are waiting until Christmas eve to do so. I will put another review when I put it together to let you know how the assembly went. So far, very pleased and very sturdy. Would recommend highly!

This table is sturdy and looks great. It matched really well with the cherry cabinets in our kitchen/family room, especially as the legs of the table and chairs were pretty much the same color as our cabinets. The tabletop is flat (not carved) which I thought it was a bonus. The carvings on the chairs are really a nice touch. One of the chair legs was cracked and the tabletop had a little chip, we contacted the seller and they contacted guidecraft and in just a few days we had replacements for both parts. Great product and great customer service from both seller and guidecraft.
