The product and the customer service were both excellent. I ordered and received my table in October 2012. The table arrived with a defective part, and the seller was extremely attentive and responsive in resolving the issue within a few days.The table itself is incredibly solid and well made. My prior outdoor table cost $1,000 and many of the "support" pieces were made of plastic and didn't fit well together.As a result, it only lasted a few seasons. The Cornilleau Pro 510 Outdoor table has no plastic parts.All the silver metallic looking pieces you see in the picture of the table are galvanized metal. Once assembled, the table has a rock solid feel to it, and looks really good and stylish. The net itself is made of a solid piece of white coated metal with "net holes" in it.No more sagging or disintegrating nets. I highly recommend this product for someone looking for a solid, good looking table that will stand up to the elements and more importantly will stand up to kids.
