Cons:Score counter is in a spot where it can be easily bumped and changed accidentally.Basket that collects the puck after a score is designed to open from the bottom and spill the puck out to retrieve if you guess right, it lands in your hand, but half the time it just falls to the floor.

Overall a good purchase.

I just received this air hockey table as a Christmas present for my 6 years old daughter, unfortunately, it was packed for shipping terribly and so there were a couple of things broken: underneath the table where the leg hook with a screw( luckily it hooks with 2 more screws to the side) and also a plastic part at the corner. You can tell I just received it few days before Christmas and it is the main present, so I didn't want to deal with returning it, so I never called customer service to be honest and fair, but all I can say is that the quality is not the best and the packing is terrible. It seems to work well for now though, I will make sure to post an update after using it for a while
