I received the foosball table last Christmas as a gift. When I opened it, it misses 9 rods. So I had to contact customer service to place an order for the missing rods. Initially they said 2 weeks, I waited and waited, they kept changing the date and had various of reasons. The response was usually 2 weeks after I sent a follow up email. Finally I received the rods on 4/15. 5 months!!! My house is far away from the nearest Dick's where the table was purchased and by no meaning you want to repack all accessories once you unpack them. So I was really disappointed at that time. The quality of the table was ok, but after I put the main piece (the course) on the groud for 5 months, it became not as it suppose to be (having a certain curve).Overall, the product is ok, just ok, not something competitive to the one you will see in the sports bar. But the customer service is the worse I have ever seen so far.
