I bought these chairs, plus the table. I was expecting good sturdy quality, by the way they look. But I was unprepared for just how nice they are. Beautiful, solid, not too bad to put together, I think a reasonable price for this top quality. The chairs are a little tall for my 18 month old granddaughter but she loves being a big girl and doesn't mind a little help down (she gets up fine). She'll grow into them soon enough, and they'll last. I'm not planning on staining or finishing them, they are gorgeous as-is. Plus, she has already started to practice her coloring skills on the tabletop when Mama wasn't looking and I realized this way all I have to do is lightly sand it once in awhile to get it back to beautiful.
