Harvil Dark Cherry 12 Foot Shuffleboard Table

We've had this in the office for over a week and still can't use it. It looks really nice but the wood is warped and the adjusters aren't making much of a difference; especially the one that is now threaded. We are still messing with it but it really shouldn't take so much to fix.

Update: downgrading to 1 star. Still no progress and now no response from customer service.

This is an amazing table excellent quality at a great price.Customer service was top-notch as well.I highly recommend this product to anyone

The first table that I received was warped beyind playability. I followed the manufacturer's instructions using the Climatic Adjusters without success. BW Inc had great customer service and sent another complete table. The replacement table had exactly the same problem, both were so convex that not a single puck stayed on the table. I talked with the manufacturer, Harvil, who admitted that they have had quality control issues with this outsourced constructed playing surface. Harvil has addressed this problem but I believe it will be a good six months before resolution. I would recommend waiting that long and checking customer reviews at that time before buying this product. On the bright side I highly recommend the seller, BW Inc, who ultimately gave me a complete refund.

Ordered same type of table from another site and it came damaged 3 times.This item was packed perfectly and fits nicely down the basement.Playing surface has no issues and outside looks very professional.Over a year old now and still holding up great with no signs of warping.Better used without the wax since it's only 12 foot.
