Reaper Warlord: Wood Elf Sergeant

I cannot stress enough that I like the reaper miniatures for their quality, detail. clean design, etc... these are the highest quality miniatures on the market for the price. I love them.

Painted this mini for a one shot 4e game. It arrived quick and the quality of the model was pretty high. I didn't have to do much cleaning and I was off to the races. Other Reaper minis I've purchased in the past had pitted surfaces that I either had to ignore or fill with green stuff. This one did not, very happy with it. The face lacked the detail I thought it would have, if I had to come up with a complaint.

Well first off is is NOT what the photo shows! It is a Reaper Wood Elf Sgt Mini but its metal, with cheap plastic base. Mine came with a lot of pitting on the chest and waist of the mini, rest of it had minor pitting. Bow string on mine was about 1/4 bows length just a tiny little thing that had been bent. It comes in a small plastic front case with ppr backing, with no support/foam it flopped around and prob bend the string and caused minor scratches.Along with bow string the top 1/2 of the bow was bent into the chest/shoulder... again prob from not being secure in its package. Price was good, but add in way more shipping then needed ($5) for 1.5 ounces!

This is my first reaper mini, i have another coming in few days. If it is ok I'll prob try and give Reaper another shot.
