The order was shipped promptly. Very nice company to work with... courteous, prompt.Reason for not receiving a five star rating... does not check product before shipping. I originally ordered five... four girls, 1 boy. In the original order boy worked perfectly, two girls were broken. Promptly replaced original order with another original order. In that order one boy broken and two girls broken. Did receive two that worked however. Out of the ten that I received half went into garbage. They do not want broken products returned. Luckily between two orders, enough working dolls to complete original order for Christmas presents.
