We were really excited when we purchased this table. My husband was able to put it together in a little over an hour. The first sign of trouble came when he was putting together one of the chairs and the seat base was slightly cracked. A quick call to the manufacturer and they quickly sent out a replacement seat. A few days later we noticed that the edges of all the chairs were chipping. We have a set of two year old twins (boy and girl). They only used this table to eat about maybe one or two meals a day. We called the manufacturer again and they offered to replace all of the seat bases that were cracking. They also mentioned that the set was discontinued and they could not guarantee how long they would have parts for it. While on the phone, we noticed the bar that goes across the bottom of the table had hairline cracks in it where the bar connected to the table. At that point, we were very disappointed. We had the set for a couple of weeks and it was falling apart. Mind you, it is absolutely adorable.If you need a set for show and not to be used regularly, this is the one for you. If you are concerned about durability, chipping/peeling paint, and value for your money this is not the set for you.We were very disappointed to have to send it back, but we were uncomfortable keeping it any longer after so many problems occured with it in such a short period of time.Still desiring to have a kid's table, I found Euro Honey Tbl & 4 Chairs this table and chair set.It arrived quickly, my husband had no difficulty putting it together, it looks great and is very sturdy.The set is solid wood versus the beadboard of the Noah's Ark set.The Euro Table and Chair set feels like it is something that will last for a long time. The finish is nice and smooth with no chipping or peeling. It cost more than the Noah's Ark Set, but it is well worth it.The table is taller and the chairs are taller.My seven year old is able to sit at the table without having to hunch and has plenty of space between the tops of her legs and the table.The Noah's Ark Set is cute, but not a good value for your money.(Sorry Noah)
I read all the great reviews before purchasing this table, but it is even better then I expected!It is very sturdy and a great size, my husband and I can both sit in the chairs and play with our little girl.It is so cute and our 2yr old just loves it!
