My daughter saw this vanity in a christmas catalogue. she had one of those "WOW" moments and so I told my mom it would be a good gift. My daughter got it for Chiristmas. and well, ...lets just start with the pros. It is really cute and my daughter did play with it the first and second day and she still plays with it when someone else suggests it (we have only had it 3 days....) ...Now on to the cons... the cost doesn't reflect the quality. I would say this item is worth more like 35-40 dollars. The plastic is extreamly flimsy. and its VERY light weight.. my one year old has no problem moving this herself. the stool is very small it is perfect for my daughter but my daughter is 22 months so if she were the recomended age of 36 months i would be afraid the stool would be too small. the lights and sound again are not worth the current price but rather something close to $40. the pumpking ring box keeps comming out. my daughter has no problem pulling it out. i have pushed on it as hard as i can without breaking the thing and it will not snap into place. And mine didn't come with a ring... I called and they said I might get one in 3 months.. NO KIDDING they said the parts were back ordered 8 weeks and then it would take upto another 6 to process my information and get one in the mail to me :( overall its a nice place for my daughter to sit and play she loves sitting there and putting on her nail polish and polishing daddies nails (its the childsafe stuff that peels right off) and she did let daddy brush her hair with the brush while she sat and looked into the mirror. I do have to say compared to the quality of the plastic the mirror is really nice not sure how long that iwll last but I am hoping it will last for a while without getting scratched. If your daughter simply must have I can understand buying this.. but if she is older 4 and up I would urge her to get a nice wooden vanity.. this seems more like a toy for a child 2-3 I will be replacing this by the time my daughter is 3 1/2 4 at the latest with a much sturdier set that she will be able to use just a little longer :)Read Best Reviews of Disney Princess - Cinderella Vanity Here
Not anything special. Cheap plastic. On the smaller size, good for a toddler like 2 or 3. My 5 year old is totally disinterested. My granddaughter loves to spend time getting "pretty" with this vanity. It is a little pricey, but she loves Cinderella.
