I don't think you will be disappointed with this at all. It's a great little kit with just enough assembly to make it fun, but not so much as to be overwhelmed.
Note that this is one of the few kits that doesn't require any painting to look really good. The only thing I added to mine was some parking stripes in the 3-car
parking spot in front.

I always wanted one of these, so I went ahead and finally ordered one. The kit itself is good. The red color on the roof is registered off a bit, so to be correct, you would have to tape and repaint it. The molded in detail is not bad on the various parts.
Thedownside is the directions. Some of the parts, such as the walls, look too similar, so because of the poor diagrams / art in the directions, it's tough to figure out where they go exactly, or how each piece fits together. It's frustrating.
They seriously need to update the directions, and could easily give it a higher rating.

It's better than I expected....looks very realistic, especially when lit.(Light not included)It went together rather easily. although I positioned the doors in front rather than the side as illustrated, and rotated the roof so the 2 KFC labels on the facade can be seen.Want Life-Like Trains HO Scale Building Kits - Kentucky Fried Chicken Drive-in Discount?
I brought this building for my Ho Scale train set. But reminder it does not come with rubber cement so I brought some on here when it comes I'll finish building this.I didnt realize these required cement to put together... way too complicated for my 8 year old to do himself and I was hoping it would just snap together.
