I ordered these for a special event and even though the description says that the item is 12 floral leis, they sent BRACELETS instead! I am beyond upset, and Amazon refused to replace the order since it came from an amazon seller. Amazon is making an exception by refunding my order and letting me place a new one, but the order should have been right the first time!"

I ordered the leis because my best friend wanted a luau themed bachorlette party. The picture matched the colors in some of the other decorations, and was bright and big like I wanted. I got the leis and when I opened the box the colors were different than the picture, and the flowers are tiny. I could have gotten the leis I saw in the picture for the same price I payed on here at Party City, but ordered these because I wasn't going to Party City anytime soon. That was a mistake.
