This is a good starting set for mid level players. We got this free when we bought the table.But even if I had to pay, I probably would have bought the set so that we could start playing right away while taking the time to buy more specialized rackets based on everyone's preference. The rackets in this set feel solid, with modest spin, speed and quite good control. You need better balls than the included one star balls. I have been using this set to train my 9 year old and I think it will be at least 6 months 1 year before he outgrows it.Save 11% Off
