KidKraft Highlighter Table and 4 Chair Set

This morning I ordered this item at a great discount and was excited to receive it in the mail within days as promised upon checkout where my credit card number was taken. This evening I received an email telling me that it was a pricing error on the sellers end and they refused to honor it. My husband and I are business owners, if we quote a price we are obligated to stand by it. I have been in a store where a price was marked incorrectly and the store owner/manager gave it to me at the discounted rate. I can feel for the company if they have to take a loss but it was a mistake on their part. This was not the only item incorrectly priced this morning from this company. It was their mistake and I feel they should have bore the loss rather than letting down multiple customers.

Honestly, I find it rather odd that I am the first and only one to comment on this product considering Facebook is buzzing with unhappy customers complaining of this very thing. And, why can't I find this item by searching for it? I had to go back through my internet browsing history to find it.

I wouldn't give this company a single star! I really hope they do something to try and make it right to their customers.

I purchased this product this morning from Green Cupboards and was very excited to find it at a deeply discounted price. I quickly bought this product and was so excited to be able to get my son something great for Christmas!! I was more than disappointed when I received an email this evening stating there was a pricing error and my order was cancelled. I am very angry that a company can offer a product and then claim there was a computer pricing error. I'm angry because there were many other items on sale that I could have bought, but instead I bought this one. I missed out on many other items that would not have cancelled my order. I feel like this is horrible business practice and will not buy from Green Cupboards again, no matter how discounted their items are.

I also ordered this table and chairs thinking I got a greal deal. I was so over the moon about my awesome find and already planning out my new toy room decor around it and then a few hours later I got an email saying they had cancelled my order just like the previous reviewers. They said due to a large price discrepency they cancelled my order. I've never heard of such god awful business practices. When you make a mistake you honor your mistake. This was the shadiest shitty thing that's every happened to me when making a purchase. I am still so livid over this. Don't waste your time with this horrible shady company.

I purchased this table and chair set this morning.I just received an e-mail stating that the order has been cancelled.No reason given. This was going to be a christmas gift for a special little girl.I am truly dissapointed.Why would you advertise an item only to take it away?

Super cute colors and style. looks awesome with a flat weave black and white zigzag or zebra rug. Bigger then I expected. I recommend this table for 4 and up. The table and chairs are too tall for my almost 3 year old. She is slightly above average in height. Her feet dangle about 3 inches off the ground.
