NEW SCIENCE TELESCOPE - TABLE TOP MODEL + TRIPOD 30X

This was not worth almost $20, it not well made, you have trouble adjusting the lens to see, not well made, my grandson was not very pleased and neither was I.Keep shopping if you are serious about buying a telescope.

The product itself does look like the picture. It's a pretty nice looking little toy telescope, strictly visually/decoratively speaking. However, it doesn't work at all. You can't see anything through it, near or far. Also of note: the box is plain white, not as shown in the image on the product page.

I requested a return for this item and the company responded quickly, refunded my money, and actually said it wasn't worth my paying the return shipping on it so I could just keep it or get rid of it. So that was nice of them. I work part-time for a theater, so I donated it to them as a prop and they love it. As I said, visually it does look nice, so it works well for their purposes--it just doesn't work as a telescope.

Oh well...
