Teamson Design Corp.- Chair Set

I understand where the other reviewer is coming from with the two star review. One of the chairs that I ordered for my daughter's room did not align. I called up Teamson customer service and they immediately sent me out the seat bottom that was the issue. With the new seat bottom everything went together perfectly. A+ for quick customer service.

Now on to the table and chair. It is so much nicer than any other kids table and chair set I've seen and my wife and I looked at a lot. There is such cheap stuff at the large chains and we thought we would be condemned to one of those sets as our daughter wasn't ready for a desk in her room. We wanted a table and chair but we wanted something that held up to all the other furniture in the room. This set accomplishes that on every level. It has been durable as well as I can't see any chips in the paint after three months and it has gotten use.

Due to the slight miscue with the alignment (and knowing that somebody else has experienced the same thing) would usually have me rate a product as 3 or at most 4 stars. However, because of the very simple replacement process and the exceptional quality of this product I'm going 5 stars all the way.

The holes do not line up for constructing these chairs. I think it might be a flaw with this whole brand. I bought a kitchen for my 2 year old that my father had to alter in order for it to line up.

The chairs however are so off in the drilling it is ridiculous. Not to mention that we bought the table that matched this thinking it came with the chairs since they are in the picture.Now I'm stuck trying to find different chairs.

I gave it two stars because they are cute chairs...just not as cute packed up in a box being sent back!
