Disney Cars Chair Desk with Pull out under the Seat Storage Bin

This was a gift to my son from his Auntie.Our son (was 5 then) is 6 and is a cars fan and loves this desk!!!We are a homeschooling family and we used this desk last year for that and it was perfect!!!We are using it again this year and will use it until he grows out of it in a few years.

I can see smaller children loving this desk as well as possibly up to 7-8 years old if your child is a bit smaller.The cup (for pens, pencil, crayons, etc.) is removable which is a nice touch!The slide out drawer is made of fabric.....very flimsy.....but fine for what we use for it.It pops back into shape, but not for use with heavy items.The desk is just the right size, but don't let your child lean real hard on it, and not to sit or stand on for sure!If you have kids who are going to do that, it will break.It is pressed partical board.But for sitting and writing, or coloring it is great.With some care, we will have this desk for a few more years before passing it on to little brother!

As mentioned in other reviews the assembly time was longer than desired.

My 1.5 year old loves this, and makes a great personal area for just him.For example, we now use this area for coloring (and nowhere else) and eating snacks.

The construction is about what you would expect for the price range, sturdy but not solid wood.My boy climbs all over it and no issues yet. The blue bin underneath is another story a lot less sturdy but still useful.

I expect to have this for at least 2 years before he outgrows it.

My grandson loves his desk.Delivery of the product was very quick.Easy to assemble.Only suggestion is the pull out bin can be removed from the front and back.Should be a brace to prevent him from kicking it out.
