I love these blankets. I bought the swaddling blankets and loved them so much that i had to buy these. Keep in mind they are security blankets so they are very small (Like 20x20) but they are so soft and perfect for newborns!

Okay, I'm partially biased on this one because my baby loves therefore I love it.But there's more than that.The blanket is a very thin muslin-like weave which relieves any fears of suffocation.Furthermore, it's light enough that I'm confident even a newborn could displace it if it ever was in a place that caused the child discomfort.The size is great in that it's large enough for my child to 'cuddle' with it but small enough that travel with it is a cinch.Lastly, while we haven't had marinara sauce or anything similar spilled on it, I haven't noticed any staining on them so it appears like they clean up quite well.We've had to buy extras just to have enough to rotate through and I couldn't tell the difference between the blankets that are 8 months and 8 weeks old.Read Best Reviews of Aden by aden + anais 2 Pack Security Blankets Here
Our two sons has been using these since they were newborns.We started with the full size swaddlers.Then later went to these as their 'loveys" that they take with them everywhere. Everyone else raved about these blankets so I decided to try them.After their first wash (prior to giving it to my child), one blanket had a small hole and both were frayed around the satin edges.There wasn't anything in the wash with them that was unusually rough or that would create a hole.Maybe I just got a defective set.I wish they'd hold up better, especially for a child's security blanket!
