This is a great paddle. not quite for a beginner as it states but for the moderate player who is pretty good this is a good paddle to get!!! Love it

After thorough research to find a paddle suited for my beginner status needing to elevate my game, I decided on this one. Luckily I made the right choice. The weight, although not heavy, is substantial compared to others in this price range, and had the opportunity to compare it with top-of-the-line beasts made by Donic and Stiga. The speed, spin and control rates are not as high as those listed on higher end paddles, but this KillerSpin delivers big time. I bought this paddle knowing that spin was one of my strengths, but was surprised with its control and feel. The rubber is not as tacky nor "spongy" like that found in the Donics, but it gave me enough juice to power topspin forehands with excellent placement. I have since tailored my game accordingly and only after 3 months of use am proud to say this paddle has taken me to the next level. Don't get too caught up with the sexy numbers put up by the Donics, Stigas, Butterflys, etc. but do recommend knowing your level and when to move up. Obviously this paddle wont put up the numbers from a top-of-the-line paddle, but it sure is nice that skill set between players being equal, the Jet 200 holds it own!

Just got into the sport recently, I really wanted to get some better paddles than the dimpled crap that comes with the table. boy do these the the trick for beginners/intermediate practice paddles, great control with lots of grip for puttinga butt load of sweet spin on your shots. I do notice they arent quite as fast as some of my friends paddles, but the make up for it with control. highly recomend over sprot craft and other cheapo paddles if your trying to get serious about ping pong.

I expected an appreciable difference in my ability to put spin on the ball but this inexpensive paddle far exceeded my expectations. The construction looks solid, the rubber is nice and sticky, and my control is improved. My expectations my have been low due to this being my first paddle aside from the cheap ones that come with recreational ping pong tables but anyone switching from a cheap paddle to this won't be disappointed.
