Yeah, so if you get this wagon you'll probably enjoy it.
...time passes...
Fast forward to now being almost June, 2011. The issues others have mentioned with the front wheels are proving to be spot on with this one also. I've had to visit my local hardware store and pick up additional nubs that secure the front wheels, as the originals wiggle loose after moderate to heavy use. It's easy to fix in a few minutes, and then you're back on the road. That has been the only issue so far; the girls love playing in it, and when it goes to the park, it's a kid-magnet, and causes envy amongst the mothers that are there with just a Radio Flyer, that is sticky because Jr. spilled Kool-aid in it (bet you wish you had cup holders like this baby's got!)
My guess is, is that it will withstand the majority of punishment given out, and someday we'll put it in a g-sale or use it for utility around the yard.
Correctly, the reviews about the canopy hit it, it spins. DUCT TAPE can solve all of life's problems, ya know...and to those that have trouble steering it, well, just don't get behind the wheel of a car, okay? My 4'10 wife lugs it and our two, rapidly enlarging children all over the place and it keeps going no split wheels. Maybe we just got one of the keepers. Point is, we feel it works and have gotten our moneys worth for it something that is more and more uncommon nowadays.
This wagon would be great if the front wheels didn't buckle in! Too bad. It really is a waste of an otherwise very good product. It is supposed to be designed for two toddlers, but the weight of them causes the front wheels to buckle inward, especially when turning. The wagon still rolls and works, but drags and is annoying and also troubling to look at -especially when it's brand new! Moreover, turning the wagon particularly with two toddlers -requires you to drag it in the direction you want to go; the wheels do not turn easily. Look closely at the front of the wagon in the picture and you'll see what I mean; (like other wagons) the handle is not connected to any rotating mechanism under the wagon along with the wheels, but rather it is connected directly and stiffly to the wagon itself. Along these lines, the picture with the father sitting in the wagon is misleading because it implies the wagon can handle a decent amount of weight, which, as I've described above, it cannot.

The canopy spins around in the wind.I had to use ties to keep it over my little one's head. Also, the front tires have a mind of their own.I have a hard time pulling this wagon as it doesn't go where I am pulling it.I wouldn't recommend this wagon. It's annoying.Read Best Reviews of Little Tikes Deluxe Ride and Relax Wagon with Umbrella Here
As a mother of three children, I have had many experiences with Little Tikes and Step2 products.I have always had good experiences with both except for this wagon.Horrible experience with the wagon and customer service mishaps. We received this wagon for my toddlers this past winter. We didn't put it together until the end of April.Within two weeks, one of the wheels split in half and another was crackedabout to split in half.I contacted customer service. It took forever to get the wheels. When it was all straightened out with multiple emails and calls I only received ONE wheel.Had to call and email to get the second wheel. When it just comes in, the THIRD wheel cracks in two!I called customer service wanting another wagon or refund. They said they could not.So I argued with customer service to send me two wheels to cover the fact that wheel number 4 will eventually crack (now it is the end of June and my children have used this wagon, maybe, for two weeks total).Guess what? They sent two wheels (which took 2 weeks to arrive) and they didn't send everything needed to repair it!!! I email the company.
Now I just get a response to my email about this and I am told to tell them what order part number I am talking about. I don't know what it's called.I had taken a picture of it and they can't figure it out. So now it is July and I have a piece of junk of a wagon with cracked wheels that I have not been able to use since April!!!
I can tell you what the problem is:This wagon does not turn well.My toddlers are 60lbs total in weight. The wheels end up dragging because it will not turn effectively.
The umbrella does not stay in place. So if there's a little bit of wind, the umbrella will start spinning.
DO NOT BUY THIS WAGON UNLESS YOU WANT THE HEADACHE I HAVE.NOT A STURDY PIECE AT ALL.HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

My oldest daughter loves to pull her two younger siblings around in this wagon. It is very durable and has large wheels so it maneuvers bumps easily. I love the ample number of cup/snack holders and the drain hole in the bottom making it very easy to hose out the crumbs and popsicle residue!
