This worked well on keeping the puzzle together without loosing pieces (much better than the roll-type ones), but the individual trays that hold the loose pieces could have been better designed so that they could be covered easier and not be able to spill out on the sides when stored.Overall, I do like the way the Jigsort can store working puzzles.

A very durable and attractive case for your jigsaw puzzles....love the 4 compartments for sorting and the matching lids keep everything where they should be.As an added attraction, the material used to keep the pieces where they belong is a wonderful addition.However, I thought you could turn the big lid under so the carrier would be easier to manipulate when open.It does not do so and you have to lean it on a wall or let in hang.Doesn't work well on a large craft table.Other than that, a great piece.

Several years ago I started doing Jigsaw Puzzles as a pastime.I was tired of reading and knitting and running around with my friends.I just wanted to stay home for a while and enjoy my house.I was in a up-scale toy store looking for my Grandson's bithday presents and I stumbled onto puzzles.I bought a couple for me to try out. It was very interesting.I bought several different kinds of puzzle containers along the way.Those that wrap around a tube; several made of cardboard. I really didn't like any until I found Jigsort on the internet.I do my puzzles on the large kitchen table and I separate the similar pieces onto paper plates. The largest holds the edge pieces which I dump on the board and I go from there. The little boards holds the pieces that I think that I will work on next.I have no trouble putting any of the boards together. They don't slip out or bluge out. No longer to I have to warn my maid to look for puzzle pieces that have dropped on the floor.I am about to buy another for safe keeping.I wouldn't think of buying anything else.

If you are a puzzle enthusiast you NEED to have this product. Don't bother with the other products out there for storing your puzzles and spend the extra money on this product. My mom loves puzzles and I bought this for her as a present. She absolutely adores it. She has three young grandchildren that love to come over and tornado their house. Now all she has to do is put her puzzle in her jigsort, zip it up and away the puzzle goes. She actually starts the puzzle on the tray provided and loves the comfort of it. So it just zips up all together and is really easy to organize. The loose pieces never get lost and the puzzle is never compromised. The Jigsort is constructed very well and of high quality. The felt trays work very well holding the pieces in place. This product is spot on!

I also would like to mention that I thought quality customer service was totally dead in this world, but then I dealt with Jigthings. These people bent over backwards for me on a problem that turned out was totally due to my lack of research. They couldn't have been nicer to me and didn't have to do for me what they did. I will order anything I need from this company first based soley on the way they treated me this time and wouldn't think twice about it. What a great company and what a pleasure to deal with!
