Attractive hardwood tabletop alley with magnetic assist for resetting the pins. It seems to be very well made and looks like it will last. Mine came with two problems that will require fixing: 1. The spring loaded ball launcher appears to have been jammed closed by someone and is now locked up. I'll have to drill out a small retaining pin and fidget it a bit to get it back in place 2. Both balls are so out of round that they will not fit in the launcher, let alone roll down the alley without hopping. I've ordered both acrylic and hardwood balls off the net at very little cost, and have no doubt one or both will work well. Sounds like a lot of trouble, but the rest of the game really looks like it is worth it. I read at least one other review that sited the sloppy work on the balls, but it looks like my problem with the launcher was human error on this one rather than a consistent design flaw.( I am pleased with this purchase, and can now report that all problems were swiftly corrected by the vendor.
