This is a well organizedset of visual lessons on table tennis.My skill level is not very high (around 1300 rating), and much of the DVD talks about looping and more advanced skills than I possess.However, there are sections on warm ups, drills, and other areas (notably lobbing) which I found both interesting and helpful.If you are serious about table tennis and have a rating under 1500, this may be for you.I especially enjoyed some of the actual tournament play sequences to illustrate certain techniques (the lobbing in particular was super).Hey, it's cheaper than a decent sheet of rubber, so you might buy it and share it with your club (helps everyone).I do recommend it. One thing they do not cover in the video is doubles.This is my real area of interest.I'd love to find a DVD on how to play better doubles.

I am a beginner in the Table tennis my USATT rating is 1100. I bought this DVD with great expectation to further improve my game. Learn different shots (not only showing the different shots but also expert comments), understand the foot work, warm up techniques tips, ball placement tips, understand the spin in the service. I would say this is a very basic DVD that just shows different possible shots. YOU CAN ANY WAY FIND THAT ON YOUTUBE. why to spend 30 dollars. And also this a very low quality DVD. When they show the slow motion it is hard to find the ball hitting area in the bat.
