Modiano Platinum Acetate Jumbo Index Poker Size 100% Plastic Playing Card Set

My Modiano Platinum Acetate cards arrived today. The cards arrived timely, in perfect condition, and wrapped very well from Amazon/Cara Gails.

These are very beautiful playing cards. The Modiano faces are very finely designed and richly printed, having a graceful look to them-even more so than my Kem's (which I love).

The backs are quite nice also, but Kem's arrow backs have finer detail, and are a bit darker in color. I would say quality wise Kem, and the Modiano Platinums are of the same quality.

The Modiano's are slightly thicker than Kem's, and Copags, but have a very nice paper feel to them. They shuffle, and handle very well.

I am very happy with the Modiano Platinums! I know it will be a pleasure playing with them. I will definitely be buying more!

I don't know whether local craft stores have these cheaper or not; some reviewers are concerned about the price.Frankly, it isn't worth my time and gas money to go price shop to save a few dollars.It was very convenient to order these online and use them for the shower.

If you're thinking of scattering these across tables, this diamond confetti is perfect.If you want to fill vases, you would need multiple orders, because the bag is not huge. I took some pictures so that others can see the size of these compared to other things, and how they actually looked.I'll upload those soon.

Debated ordering these online because you can't tell how much you are getting, but I went ahead with it.Very disappointed in the bag size, especially for the money.I saw these in a craft store today for $5.I can't believe I wasted $15 on two bags!I wanted to use these on my wedding tables, but now I think I'll skip it because you get a bag that is equal to about two cups of "diamonds".

Small World Sand & Water Toys (Single Sand Wheel) 6 (Colors May Vary)

We have two of these, and my son discovered they stack!Twice the fun!This is a very nice basic water wheel.He likes using it in the tub or when not bathing he plays with it in the sink.I am sure when the weather is nice it will go in the sand box.The funnel part at the top does not have a "stopper" like some other water wheels have, but the bottom has a "sifter/strainer", that I am sure might have some fun applications in the sandbox.When stacked together they form a nice tower as the bottom of one fits right into the top of the next one, and water flows freely from one to the next.

This is a well built toy that is a good choice for children 1 1/2 to 3 years old. It can be used with sand, water, or other materials (I even used rice). Children enjoy watching the wheel spin as they pour materials into the funnel. It is a good toy for the money invested.

Family Time Fun Dinner Games and Activities

Nice tin & good ideas on the cards.

My only problem is that it states up to age 12 for this one, and it was a little boring for my 10 year old.I do think that children under 2nd or 3rd grade will love playing this, so I will keep it in mind for the younger ones, but the age recomendations are not totally accurate.

It does have great ideas you could even use on road trips or just for fun anytime, so it's a keeper.Nice little tin it comes in too, easy to pop in your purse for when the family is eating out and need something to do while you wait for your food with younger kids.

Wasn't sure how to rate this.The overall concept is very simple, and the activities easy enough where the cards are almost silly.The thing is, they are simple, so why did we never think to do them before?It does help spark some dinner time fun, but once we read through the cards, it's not something we look back at.For example, one game is to do a round robin and each family member says a word in a different language.Another is to take something off the table and guess what is missing.

The kids do have fun with the games, and with some imagination you can do this one on your own.

I think what I wanted when I bought this was Table Topics Family.We found ourselves skipping over over half of the cards in here because we were using it at the dinner table (as the title suggested) but I think having kids pass around a sock at dinner is a bad idea and just ramps them up too much to focus on their meal.A lot of the "games" are physical and are terrible for a dinner table atmosphere, IMHO, but I see that it's still very popular.Just wanted to put another perspective out there.

CHH 25 in. Wooden Golf Pinball Table Top Game

Horrible product. Some of the inside mechanisms had fallen apart in shipment, so I opened it up. Was surprised to see the shoddiness of the work under the hood. Sloppy, awful. The flippers were VERY hard to push, which made it no fun for me, and completely impossible for my kids. Even when I gave my aching arms a workout, it still wasn't much fun not a well-designed board, even if the flippers DID work. The picturesque backing panel fell apart after one day. Stay away!

Copag Bridge Aldrava Jumbo Index Plastic Playing Cards

These cards are pretty good. When I first saw the price, I thought they were expensive but I took a chance and ordered a set. I am glad I did. These are made out of some kind of plastic so they do not bend as easy as the cheap thin paper type of cards. They are also washable so you can keep them clean. They come in a little plastic box with a little placeholder to keep them from moving around. The placeholder works for a little but but becomes loose after a while. I have used these decks quite a few times at our family poker night and I would recommend them to any one looking for a quality set of cards. The only negative I can say on these is they are a bit smaller than your normal cards but it really is neglect able.

I purchased these for my weekly bridge group.Our old paper cards had gotten sticky and hard to work with.I love these plastic cards and that there is no "break in" period needed.My bridge friends, on the other hand, we're not as impressed and thought they were difficult to hold and keep together.Simple difference of opinion, but I would definitely buy again.

This is a cute idea.Kids can wash there thomas trains.Well it can prove frusterating.See not all the trains and cars can fit through the train wash.Some get stuck or just won't go through.THis is nice but may be to difficult for younger children.My son screams in frustertaion when he tries to do a train and it won't go through.

My son is 4 and 3/4 years old, and received the engine wash for his third birthday.He has had no difficulty operating it, and it is holding up wonderfully.The foam wash rollers look just like new after having countless trains run through them.There are a few pieces that may get caught up a bit but it's quite easy to release them by giving them a little push from behind.

The same engine wash is part of the local toy store's set, which obviously gets tons of wear.It is holding up very well, and is clearly a favorite of the children who sample it at the store.

I would highly recommend this piece to any Thomas enthusiast age 3 and up.I can imagine it may be challenging for a younger toddler to operate it, but it isn't intended for that age anyway.

My son Tom loves Thomas the Tank Engine trains, track and accessories. He received the engine wash for his 3rd birthday and was extremely excited. Unfortuately it is very hard to push the trains through even when turning the handle at the top (which I or his Dad have to do). Not all of the trains fit and if, for example, James goes through his coal car alway becomes detatched. It looks very nice but I would only recommend this to children of older ages.

My 5 year old son loves it. The storage Is great, but I did had to add little 'speed bumps' to the top of the desk so the pen holders wouldn't slide off. Otherwise, it's great sturdy, sized well for a kid, and fun!

2 Official Red Foosballs Tornado Dynamo Shelti

Every foosball player needs experience with Tornado balls. They are quite unlike the hard plastic balls that come with most tables. The surface of the balls has kind of a nubby rough feel that greatly increase the friction of the surface. This has two big consequences. The first is that ball control is *greatly* increased. If you have been trying to learn tic tacs, snake shots, etc and can't figure out how people control the ball without it sliding out from under your player uncontrollably it will make more sense once you use these balls (and as you get better it will be less crucial to have a ball like this). The other big consequence is that the ball will not roll as far. You can still get extremely fast kicks but the ball will tend to stop rolling and stay still when it is moving slowly. For ball control purposes this is great but it also means that you may find the ball "dies" on the field between two rows of players when neither can touch it much more frequently.

Bought a used table to restore and the tornado balls roll perfect and allows me to play at a high level. Great weight for robotic foosmen and textured surface helps with more controlled goal shots.

These balls are grippy!!!You will love the control these balls allow.No more crazy bouncing and rolling off your men.Stayed very grippy for at least 3 months playing about 10 hours a week.Still grippy now, but a little smoother from play.

You'll only be getting two balls in a Ziploc bag. There is no way to know if you're getting the brand name offered. You just get to take it on faith. I won't purchase again.

Not bad, just not great.It's a wimpy red plastic table cloth.

That being said, it didn't rip or break down.It did it's job and fine.

but because it's thin and because it came folded, it's not like you'll get the crease marks out before your event... maybe a hair dryer? I don't even know. Did anyone care? no :)

Just needed a cheap table cloth for a birthday party. I have ordred several of these in all different colors and used them all several times after that. I think I now have 12 of these...they are all a little sheer (I usually put a solid white clothe under it) but other than that they are great!

Playcraft Sport Foosball Table with Folding Leg

We bought this Foosball tables as a Christmas present for our two boys 12 and 14. The first thing we noticed is that the box is heavy! We were impressed by the packaging as everything was well protected which is probably required because of the weight.The table ships completely un assembled so it takes a bit of time to put together. All the pieces were well made and everything fit together as per the instructions.Once assembled the kids played it non stop. WAY better than video games. Table seems very sturdy and is holding up well. We love thefolding feature for when the table is not being used and the graphics are really good looking. I think for the price point and style this was the right table for us. When my boys get older maybe we will want something more robust but that will cost at least 3 times as much and we don't need that right now.

This is a cute and fun Halloween/blood tablecloth, but if you want it tool look like the picture, your table must be narrow (about 1/2 the width of a regular dining room table).We put this on our indoor dining room table and on our outdoor picnic table, and the results were the same.There was a red "stripe" down the middle and the blood "drips" ran to the edge of the table.A few bent over the edge of the table, and hung down for maybe and inch.So, it did not look as cool as in the photo.This photo is misleading.Still, this is a fun "creepy" tablecloth.It is plastic, so it is easy to clean away.

Dexton Princess Rose Vanity Set

Looked better in the photo. Not great quality. Arrived chipped and slightly damaged in areas. I also had to repair the drawer before ever putting it together which fortunately is underneath so it is not visible unless you look under the vanity. I would not purchase again.

The mirror was broken and a leg of the stool had a huge gougeout of it. The package arrived in time. There was no indication from the outside of the package that there was any problem.

Little Colorado Kid's Play Table - Natural

The product features says that this play table comes with two large capacity drawers.But it only mentions that these drawers are optional further down in the product description AND there is no way to indicate that you want that option.

I ordered this item as a gift on December 9, in plenty of time for Christmas.The projected delivery date was between December 13 and 19th but it still didn't come until December 28, clearly too late to display with the legos and train set we got my son for Christmas.

After the delivery was already late I tried to track it using the information listed on Amazon, which said it was shipped with UPS and gave atracking number.After going in circles with UPS it turns out it was shipped by FedEx!

Unfortunately my husband had already unpacked and assembled it before I recognized the drawers weren't included so I can't return it now.

Ultimately, I feel duped since Amazon clearly leads people to believe that the drawers come with the table.Even after I realized this was a bait and switch, I noticed it wasn't even clear how you would purchase the drawer separately!

I am a frequent Amazon consumer and I usually am very pleased with my purchases and their services, but this was a huge disappointment all-around.Had it been clear that this table did not include drawers, I could've made a different selection and maybe even received THAT one in time for Christmas!

My in-laws bought this table for my son.It's very high quality, and easy to put together.The storage drawers are a huge bonus, and are so easy to open and close because of the rollers on the bottom of the drawers.They have tons of space to fit train pieces, cars, and other small toys.Would definitely recommend this table.
