Horrible product. Some of the inside mechanisms had fallen apart in shipment, so I opened it up. Was surprised to see the shoddiness of the work under the hood. Sloppy, awful. The flippers were VERY hard to push, which made it no fun for me, and completely impossible for my kids. Even when I gave my aching arms a workout, it still wasn't much fun not a well-designed board, even if the flippers DID work. The picturesque backing panel fell apart after one day.
