DO NOT purchase this unless you are expecting a literal piece of paper with string on the ends.I knew I was getting an inexpensive item, but this is just ridiculous.I was too embarassed to put it out, so I threw it away. DO NOT BUY.

I still like them very thick paper and very bright colors and will work for my Mexican party....for a few dollars they aren't a big deal if I have to toss them.
