M. Ruskin Multiplication Placemat

I bought this to make a set of 4. This was my 4th choice and was combined with a world map, US map and a place mat with all the presidents.Two 10 year olds grabbed this one right away before dinner and began quizzing each other about their times tables, then flipped it over and began completing back side with a dry erase marker.All the place mats have been fun,educational,durable and stimulate dinner conversation.

I bought this placemat along with several others to periodically rotate between my kids. If they're in a quiet mood or are the last slow eaters left at the table, they often end up staring at the equations. The visual aspect could have been designed a bit more engaging; it's a little dull and monotonous. Then again, what do I expect for multiplication tables? The placemat seems as well made as could be for a plastic placemat and I expect to hold up for a long time.

These placemats are great for teaching or learning on their own.The back of the placemat is in black and white, and the front is in vivid colors.The back has problems on the subject of the mat that can be solved using dry erase markers and erased and reused.I started with the multiplation one for my daughter, and now I ordered the other math ones, and the U.S. map.

For my little one I ordered the animal numbers and the animal letters.
