Gift Mark Children's 2 Chair Set Designed to match 1407W Table, White

I bought these for a photo shoot I was doing of two children. The chairs, when put together, were just what I wanted. Unfortunately, many of the pre-drilled holes were in the wrong places and I had to drill new ones while assembling them. I didn't have time to have the chairs replaced because of the timing of the shoot, and there was no guarantee the holes would be correct in a new set, so I fixed it myself. The company really could do a much better job with this issue...it should not be the customer's responsibility to fix the company's poor work. The only other complaint I have is that some of the screws are visible because no plugs or covers were provided. I solved it in the time I had by filling the holes with small pieces of white packing foam that I knew I could remove easily if the screws needed to be tightened up. This would not be a good choice if I were using these in a child's room. On the other hand, seeing the inset screws might not be too big a deal in a child's room. I just needed an all white chair.

these chairs are fairly sturdybetter than the table. ours arrived with some dents and dings. in addition, the legs are completely perpendicular to the floor, making it easier for a kid to tip over. a design with the legs slightly angled back (like most chairs) would have made them less prone to tip, especially on soft surfaces like carpet. not the greatest, but they will work. wouldnt get them again. seriously? sixty bucks? for two mediocre chairs?they do look cute but dont fall into the trap.
