We had a problem with one of the cars when we first got the item. I sent it off with a note saying I did not think we should pay for shipping since my son just got this as a birthday gift and the car was not working.They paid for the shipping and I thought that was very nice of them!! My problem is with the product.It seems to work for a little bit then not work. The kids lost interest in it after two to three weeks of it working on and off. I am not sure why it stops working. They warm the cars up just like the directions says. My husband also has been trying to help but it just doesn't seem to work. I think it is sitting downstairs collecting dust.The birthday boy has been looking at other tracks and I am disappointed.
