Great for student learning their multiplication tables. I know you think it's like cheating, but I teach reading and math to special education students. I have found using these pencils helps them learn by repeatedly finding the same equation. Stop and think, would you learn 6 X 7 faster by looking up 6 X 7 = 42 multiple times or memorizing 6-12-18-24-30-36-42-49, etc and counting on your fingers? Ive noticed my students (the ones with rote memory issues) are memorizing their multiplication facts 50% faster than their peers without memory retention issues, and are retaining them with 30% more accuracy.This % information is documented (for the 3rd year).
