Guidecraft Transportation Table and Chair Set

I received the table and it had multiple scratches on both the table top and chair seat. It was very difficult to deal with this merchant. I had to send them pictures proving that there was damage and when they received the pictures they stated that they would only send me parts to replace the damaged areas. I wanted to send back the entire set and just have a replacement one sent back to me. They told me they would not send me a new set even though I was sending the damaged one back because it was not economical for them to do that. Now I am stuck with a table and chair set that does not match. The paint colors are a little different from the new pieces that were sent and the original ones.

Hubby and I got this table set for our 3 and half year old son for Christmas 2012. He absolutely loves it. He likes to hide some of his toys in the middle. It seems to be really well made and it was easy to put together.

I ordered this table and chair set for one of my grandchildren and it is absolutely adorable. The quality is excellent and the company that sent it had the most wonderful customer service department. In error two tables and chair sets were shipped. I asked them to pick one up and they instructed me to donate it to someone in need through my favorite local charity which I did. Somebody had a beautiful new table and chairs for their child and it must have made them very happy. I was so impressed with their response I continue to order from Guidecraft whenever I can.

This is a good sturdy table which my son will have for years to come. It is very colorful and great quality. I'm not giving it 5 stars because it arrived with a scratch along the table top. I didn't want to be bothered with the hassle of trying to exchange it and so we will deal with it. But overall this was a great price for a great table.
