What little boy or girl doesn't love trains? I have a 5 year old girl and a 1 year old boy and every time we go to one of those stores with a train set like this one out for the kids to try I always have a hard time dragging my kids away. Well, now my kids can play with a train set as long as they want!This set comes with the perfect amount of trains, cars, and track for several kids to play at once and keep one kid entertained for hours.
My kids are also fond of Thomas the Train whose vehicles are fully compatible.
The table is very sturdy while the 120 piece train set is also well made and you cannot beat the price which I would have been willing to spend just for the table alone.
I would highly recommend this set to anyone whose kids like trains or have had to be pried away from an in store display.
Sometimes the picture is misleading and the final product turns out much smaller than you thought it would.......well, not the case with this!There is room enough for several children to play at once and plenty of accessories, people, and vehicles to go around.
It was reasonably easy to put together, too, but I'd suggest you do it alone or with a second adult, rather than with 3 toddlers helping you.The table assembly is quick and easy, using only the hex driver included.The train track assembly takes the most time.Be sure to save your directions in case they take it apart.
I'd recommend this for anyone with children.We bought this table with matching drawers for my son's 3rd birthday. He LOVES IT! He wants to play with his trains on the table morning, noon and night!!! The best thing about this table is that it can grow with your child. Unlike many train tables covered with Thomas or like graphics, this is done in simple wood tones. We choose the honey finish and it is like a nice piece of furniture. The lip around the edge is just high enough to prevent the train and track from slipping off, yet shallow enough to be a comfortable board game table or a place to do homework. The top is large with plenty of play room and has a reversible side...the train scene on one and grass green on the other. We decided that we'll paint the green side with a chalkboard paint when our son had grown past his wooden train set. A word of advice...when you purchase this table you WANT the two trundle drawers as they are large and hold tons! Read all the item descriptions carefully as the majority of pictures show the table with the drawers yet the drawers are NOT INCLUDED. A good rule of thumb is to look at the price... any price under $200 and it's a safe bet the drawers are NOT included!!! This table is sturdy, made well and VERY easy to put together with a friend (to hold pieces). No screwdrivers needed! So, get this table! What are you waiting for? Enjoy your child!

I did enough reseach on train tables and it really paid off.
The table was easy to assemble and I like the round edge conrers as an extra safety feature. I'm happy with my selection and so does my boy.
