Works much better than I had expected.You need to play around with how much air you put in it, otherwise it bows in certain directions and the cups don't level out right.Once you get the hang of it, it's a blast.

The quality of this product is above average. Easy to stack the cups and play with.When inflating, make sure you dont inflate it all the way as it tents to bend (Middle with flex upwards, end with flex down).This is an issue when playing on the deeper ends of a pool as obstructs line of sight... then again, you can play this way too :).
