American Plastic Toy Picnic Table

I got this table for my grandchildren and I'm sorry I did.

The plastic is flimsy, very sharp on the cut edges, and the holes for the screws are not entirely punched through making it difficult to assemble.

Once I did have it assembled I found that it's not very stable, making me think this company forgot children can and will climb, jump, and stand on any flat surface.

As far as it seating four good luck.

Before you pay the price for this one you should seriously consider building your own from wood.

But hey, it IS really cute.;)

I hated this table.Got it as a gift. It was kinda cute, but the top of the table is split down the center with a 1/2 inch gap, just wide enough for all the grossness to get caught in. Bacteria factory!And for cleaning, forget about it.Had to take it outside and hose it down, scrub it, and get a knife to scrape between the split table top to get all the food, spilled milk, etc. out!

Don't bother with this one.

I read the review for this table but purchased it anyway as it was about 75% off due to a pricing mistake........Regardless I received it and yes it is very cheap plastic and no it would not fit 4 kids even if they were all under the age of 2.I have a hard time fitting my 2 year old on one side and my four year old on the other as the table itself is very small so their plates have to be on opposite corners.Do I regret purchasing this table?No, I bought it because I needed a cheap table with chairs attached to stop the climbing.The table is light weight enough that my kids could easily move it but for some reason they don't.Their old table and chair set was always used to do something they should not be doing so yes this fits my purpose but if you want something durable and cute and not cheap looking then this is probably not for you.As for assembly it came with a ton of nuts and screws that took about 45 min to put in all the spots.The table top is two seperate pieces that were connected by a small plastic piece you pull off and discard......well it leaves a nub which isextremely annoying to look at as I seem to always think food fell in-between the crack (which happens often and is also an extreme pain to clean).Once my two year old stopsclimbing her old table will come back and we will use this outside and hope it lasts another year.For the price I got it for it is still worth it for the retail price.....well I am assuming you can guess.

This is a bit more flimsy than a more expensive table, but for the price, it is a good deal! It was easy to put together and is sturdy enough for the preschool aged children for whom it was intended.
