Blitzer Bomber Mauler Warbeast

Blitzer Bomber Mauler WarbeastSo, I'd like to give the model 5 stars, but there's a few niggling issues with it. First off, they call it a plastic kit, but it's really more of a vinyl/resin cast. Super glue works great, but the plastic model cement I tried first (since they call it a plastic model) didn't work. No where on the box did it say it was resin, although in small print it does say to use cyanacrolate. Second, the parts don't fit together as well as they should. When assembling the back onto the torso, the bottom part doesn't line up well so it doesn't seat into the hips/legs part correctly leaving a sizable gap. I suppose this could be gotten around with some serious filing/cutting, but a better sculpt/cast would be better in the first place. The rest of the pieces in general don't fit together as snugly as they should, leaving plenty of gaps that need to be filled. Hopefully Privateer Press corrects these issues. I had less issue with the Pyre Troll which fit together nicely.
