Franklin Sports Disney Princess Electronic Pinball

It was broken when we gave it to my granddaughter for her birthday.....not happy. I don't think it is right that it can not be returned.

My 4 year old has a hard time even launching the ball.It doesn't light up except for when you turn it on, and when it does talk you cant even understand.My daughter lost interest IMMEDIATELY!I DO NOT recommend this product!
