Just got this ball set today, I have a Minnesota Fats cue and so far it's been pretty good, that what made me bought this ball set. It looks well made but doesn't really stand out from the cheaper sets that I've played before, actually it looks and feels just like them, but I'll give a update review after I play with it for a while.------------------------------------------------
Here's the update:
They only stay shiny for about a week, then it started showing what they really are... I've been playing for 1 and half months and I play at home with some friends, sometimes by myself, so I dont abbuse them at all, but one of the balls (number 14) has already cracked and chipped, a huge piece fell off and I cannot use that ball anymore, some other balls also showed some small cracks. So it's not even as good as the walmart ball set, I have never had a ball set that lasts so short, I'll see if I can still return it to Amazon. So if you are looking to buy some cheap pool balls, just drive to your local walmart and buy them.
Stay away from this set!

these are pool balls. they are for playing pool. i have a pool table. these balls plus my pool table equal match made in heaven. when these balls roll over my table, you can here my table giggle. i assume thats a good thing. the last set of balls to roll there made my table sigh in annoyance. my table seem to have a working relationship with the last set of balls. they got the job done. but isn't that the nature of working relationships? these new balls, though, seem to connect with my table on a more personal level, making pool playing enjoyable again. so if you are having a detached relationship with your pool table, and are looking to spruce up your pool life, try these balls out. you won't be dissapointed. if my table could, it would write this review, but since it can't... i will be the one to break its silence. viva minnesota fats pool balls!
