It is hard to tear the paper (we had to do this each time for a five year old) and the paper is so curled up that the first thing my grandson asked was for a "regular" piece of paper.

I bought this for my son who is always asking for a piece of paper to draw. It's a great concept and there is no way for your child to cut themselves, which is what I was concerned the most. The only thing that disappointed me was was the paper does not just tear off in a clean line, it's all jagged.

The roll pin comes off each time i move it around or try to roll back paper or something....poor quality, on my list of returns.
