Harvard M01460W Single Shootout Electronic Basketball Game

I purchased two of these games for play. The first one set-up easily but one of the sensors for scoring did not work at all. So I set-up the second one. The second one works pretty well. Very few missed baskets and it was fun. I called customer service and they right away sent out a new sensor and scoring system.

After a week I received the new sensor unit. Installed it and it does not work properly either. It maybe will score 1 out of 4 baskets made. Really bad. Now having to order another.

The other unit scoring still works great. But the net is comming apart from the rim. Also the lower part of the ramp that connects at front is coming undone as well.

They are pretty cheap, so I dont expect the world. But one unit has never worked, and other after a week of use is showing signs it will be done for within the year.

We bought this for our 13 & 6 year old boys for Christmas.They love it.They enjoy having their friends play also.It does take some time to assemble but was not that complicated with the directions they provided.Unfortunately the electronic scoreboard did not function when we tried to play it.My husband contacted Harvard and they sent out a new scoreboard immediately without any issues.We received it within 2 days.We are quite happy with the quality of this game and Harvard's customer service.

Kinda flimsy and my husband ended up having to drill new holes into the backboard because the company put the holes up side down, making it impossible to mount the backboard to the frame.My sons like it for now, but I see it only lasting a year before it falls apart.

It was pretty easy to assemble.It took approximately an hour and fifteen minutes with a little help from one other person.
