The stand was as advertised and I have no complaints.However, be aware that the slot for the coins are fine for regular currency but too narrow for challenge coins.In addition, the display base is too narrow resulting in a steep stack of rows so the coins aren't slanted enough for good display.I would not buy another like this one.

I ordered this for my husband's birthday since all of his military coins had been sitting in plastic baggies. The case arrived with a hole in the box and the glass shattered inside. It was clear the damage had happened during shipping and that is was no fault of the company for it had been packed well. I have had trouble in the past returning stuff through Amazon so I was a little nervous, but the company responded to my email on the same day! They were so nice and didn't even wait for me to return the broken case...they immediately shipped me a new case and included the return shipping lable with it, so once I received it, I could return the broken one. In a world where great customer service is quickly fading...I was overjoyed at their professionalism, quick response and solution to the problem. The cases are packed well, and as I said it was at no fault of the company that it broke. I understand that things happen, but it is always the company's response to the problem that matters! The case itself is beautiful and all of the coins of different sizes and thickness fit well. I would highly recommend!

I ordered this for my husbands military coins that he's had for years & finally decided to put them into a case & show them. I found this case on Amazon & it's nothing short of beautiful. It's wonderful quality & color are very nice. The material in the back of the box is also nice, it appears to be a very thin layer of velvet type material. The box also showed up with not one nick or broken piece which is sometimes hard to do with an all glass front box like this. They packaged it very well. The shipping to here was unbelievably fast to. We couldn't believe how fast it showed up here... within a few days!

Crayola Color Wonder Lap Desk

I got this for my 3 year old son. The idea of sticky paper was great, but it is only one strip along the top and didn't really stick well. the pocket doesn't work well for storing things and there isn't anywhere for the paper to store. I found it to be a bit awkward and wished I would have purchased something more hard cased that open and closed for storage. The hard top has a bit of a texture to it too and so it doesn't work well for just any paper and pencil. I have seen other lap tables that are more conforming in the cushion this is just fluff and doesn't stay put easily.

We took a road trip from Iowa to Wyoming. Although the paper doesn't stick super well to the desktop...it was a great hard surface for our son to color on.He dropped the marker more times than I can count and there truly was no mess!It also served as a mini table for when he needed to eat...not to mention it cleans up really well!The storage for the paper and markers is pretty big as well.We fit quite a few other small items in it to help with storage and safe keeping. I would buy this over again if given the opportunity.

We keep this in our car for longer car trips (which happen quite frequently) for our 3 year old. She LOVES it. It then goes from car-hotel room and she doesn't even loose the markers since it has the zip compartment.

My Granddaughter is pretty quick to learn, so I thought this would be a great way to keep her occupied in the car. Nope!

First of all, the paper used with this lap pad is extremely expensive for a toddler who just scribbles. It doesn't stick at all well to the pad, so all in all it isn't a great deal. She also doesn't really like the "mess free" crayolas. The colors don't "come up" right away and she is too little to understand why and doesn't want to wait. She does like the zipper compartment that holds the special paper and pens.

One great point: These crayola pens are easy to wash out if the child gets them on clothes, furniture, etc. They do what they are advertise!!!!!

Product shipped very quickly. Looks great, just like the picture. Good size. Wooden pieces are very light, have a very cheap feel. Biggest surprise -this item doesn't close! I guess that's what "table top" means, I suppose I should have known that (I thought it would fold like most other sets). So look at the picture, and realize that's exactly what you get -an always-open backgammon game. Reasonable for the given price, but more serious backgammon players probably need to spend more for a closable set with more solid pieces.

There's no denying the attractiveness of this board. It's very nice-looking. However, it's not worth $40 by any stretch of the imagination. The wood is so light and soft that it shows wear after only a few games. The stones are nothing like those advertised in the image, but are rather flat disks of equally light wood which bounce all over the board during play. I suppose it does the trick, but for the price one would expect something sturdier.

Sukoku is absolutely fun and addicting especially in color.This is a great idea but I had to actually paint over some of the colors to make them more distinguishable.Some of the colors were just too close in similarity and that made it difficult to play.For instance the red and orange were very close (I mean very) and so are the dark blue and dark green.Perhaps my vision isn't as great as everyone else's LOL!!Anyhow, I quickly remedied the problem by painting the orange and dark blue balls!Other than that I just love it :-)

Angry Birds: On Thin Ice Game

This toy is a lot of fun. Children young and old are quite familiar with Angry Birds on their smartphone, tablet, or whatever else. This is a great way to have your kids take a break from the technology and actually interact and play with their hands, instead of just their fingertips on a screen.

The concept is relatively simple of pulling cards of different set-ups to build and then launching the Angry Birds at the structure.

Parents might need to step-in to help little kiddos assemble the structures or provide some guidance on how to work the catapult. Assembling the structure exactly to the picture on the cards takes some doing, but it's not impossible. It's pretty difficult to hit anything with the catapult, but it's fun to try and try again. If you're actually trying to win, it might be good to bend the rules to allow enough tries to hit something, particularly if you have young children. For us, we take turns building it, while the other keeps trying until it gets knocked down. Simple.

I am going to take a different stance on this review. My son loves this set. The thing is, he doesn't play it by the rules so I can't describe how it is. Under normal circumstances, this game is not easy as aiming the birds in a 3-D world is a lot different than on a 2-D phone screen. My boy doesn't use it as a game though. He uses it as a toy. He does make-believe like you would any other toy set. In that regard, he has a lot of fun with it. He creates his own set-ups and takes his other toys to add some flare to his "levels" and proceeds to do his own thing. He also combines this with the other boxed game to create bigger levels with more pigs and birds. So basically, used as a toy, it's really cool. Used as a game, I don't know, I haven't really tried it other than to try to aim with the catapult (and I did it poorly).

My mother and I bought the "on thin ice" game for my niece.She is five years old and loves angry birds.Just for the giggles of it, we cracked it open to give it a test.We both thought the idea was really good, however there was one problemthe launcher is absolutely useless.The bird either flies straight up or it only flies a few inches.We could not imagine how a 5 year old would be able to figure out the mechanics of it.Perhaps I might be able to macguyver a slingshot that would work better.Either way, this game is virtually unplayable.

Okay, so the game is rated for kids 5 and up, and I read a few people's reviews on this game saying that their kids couldn't do this game by themselves and they were 5+ years old... I should have measured out the size relative to the table I was using this bench for.It is very well made but much smaller than I expected.My 4 and 6 year olds are much to big for this bench.

****Update****I received the replacement the next day from Amazon amazing service!The second unit arrived with no damage and it was easy to put together.It looks great.There is a slight odor from the paint or packaging, so we will let it air out before putting into our kid's room.Assuming the odor goes away, this will be a nice bench at a good price.Should be very useful for our children's changing area to put shoes on, etc.

The bench arrived badly damaged from poor packaging by the manufacturer.I should have expected it when I saw one side of the box with large printing that had a disclaimer from the manufacturer essentially stating that any damage to the item is going to be a result of the shipper and not the manufacturer.They must already know that it is poorly packaged and rather than fix the problem, they try to blame someone else up front.

If the second item arrives as gouged and scratched as the first one, then I will give up on buying this item.

The problem is that the hardware (metal screws) is not secured within the package and was moving inside the box on top of the wooden bench surface.When the bench was then placed on top of this loose hardware the screws completely scratched the paint and wood underneath with a pretty deep scratch.

I'll update my review when the second item arrives.

Three-Corner Flash Cards: Addition and Subtraction

This is a great resource for teaching addition and subtraction! It not only allows for drilling of the tables up to 12, but introduces and reenforces the understanding of the inter-relationship between addition and subtraction.The student learns, for example, that 2+3 = 5, 3+2=5, and therefore 5-2=3 and 5-3=2 all it one card! In my opinion, this form of teaching is much more effective, helpful, and interesting than simply drilling each addition and subtraction problem separately.The only problem I foresee is that the cards present the answers too easily if one does not cover a corner in time. I think that it will probably best be used in conjunction with traditional flash cards and tables.

Finally, I left off one star because the cards have rough edges; it seems that they are printed on sheets and perforated and are removed from the sheets before packaging. They have perforation "bumps" all along two of the three sides. They would be nicer if they had smooth edges and perhaps were printed on smoother, shiner card-stock such as that used for most decks of regular playing cards.

All in all, and intriguing and useful product.

These cards are really neat, I hadn't seen them before but bought them for my granddaughter who is 2 years behind in school.We'll be using them a lot this summer to hopefully get her a basic idea of how math works.She's easily distracted and frustrated so these cards are nice because working in books and print gets too boring for her.

It's sturdy.

My baby just isn't interested in it yet. Maybe when she gets a bit older she's only 9 weeks.

For as simple as this is it didn't fit together very easily and made for frustrating assembly.

Over all I am very pleased.

I bought this for our son when he was 3 months old. He is now 6 months old and still loving it. I move it around to our bed or his crib (under my supervision of course) and he stays under it. He even likes the pattern on the feet. This gym was easy to assemble. It's sturdy yet light. If he gets bored with it, I just rotate the gym and he has a new toy to play with.

Matchbox Cliff Hangers Fire Station Playset

I bought this for my 3 year old son, and it's been a huge hit.He uses it on a tabletop, in it's folded state, as he likes to turn it around so he can access different sides.When it's attached to a table it's not as easy to get to the back side.The elevator works well for the most part, but can be finicky at times.

The main issue with this toy is the curved ramp.Larger cars will often get stuck about half way down because the curve is too tight.Average size cars work fine, it's just the largest that have a problem.If your kiddo's favorite car is larger than normal, you may want to look at another play set.

I'm not sure why there's a "gun" on this toy.It's modeled after a water hose, but just seems like an odd addition to me.Not every toy needs to shoot something.

My headline says it all: After five minutes of play this toy would be in pieces. It's just not tough enough for children. The picture is misleading. It seems to depict the toy on the floor. Actually it must be attached to something such as a table. Otherwise, you don't get the two-story effect. The assembly instructions that go along with the toy are bizarre. It took an hour just to figure them out.Whoever thought this one out needs to go back to the drawing board and rethink the concept. Sorry to be so negative, but this is not a good toy.

First let me say that the directions to assemble this product were less then helpful.There are parts of the set up that aren't even listed on the directions.There is screw thing, that I am assuming should be used to clamp the unit to a table, but no directions on if that is what it is suppose to do.There is a basement level that does not snap into place either down or collapsed.The crane to operate the elevator is easily ripped out or the cord knots up on itself.Needless to say it was not my son nor my favorite Christmas present.

Totally my fault, but I didn't notice before ordering it how this thing connects to a table ledge.The connection point is a little wiggly, and the overall build quality is average at best.I don't like how the truck often doesn't make it all the way to the bottom of the ramp.The elevator thing often gets stuck in the shaft.

But my son loves it, despite its faults.He can't really do much with it on his own, but he'll grow into it, I guess.I probably wouldn't buy it again, but if my son heard me say that, he'd cry.That's okay, I think Santa gave it to him, anyway.

Fisher-Price Fun 2 Learn Preschool Center

I purchased this for my 2 yr old for Christmas.Like others the clock did not work.However; my son just loves the piano and drums so much that he did not notice the other part not working.I called fisherprice and they sent me a new clock/keyboard free of charge and that one did work.I was very suprised that FP had an item that did not work.There customer service was excellent.I really wish this item came with the stool pictured on the box.I think I finally found which stool that is.It looks like the green MAMMUT Children's stool sold by IKEA.I am going out today to get it since it is hard getting a single chair anywhere.They usually come in pairs.Besides all the problems this item had at first, I would definitely recommend it.I am giving 3 stars since it did not work at first and because it doesn't come with the stool.Otherwise it would have 5 stars.

My parents bought this desk for my almost 2 year old daughter for Chanukah.We were very excited about this gift and we thought that our daughter would love it.When my dad put it together, I was disappointed that it did not come with a little chair or stool, but I figured I could look past that.However, I quickly learned that this desk has a major flaw.The desk is designed to lift to reveal a piano.When the plastic top is down to cover the piano, it can easily be lifted.It doesn't lock into place.My daughter accidentally slammed the plastic desk onto her fingers.We also have a baby and I immediately became afraid that the baby would try to pull up on the desk to reach for the piano and end up getting her little fingers hurt.

Believe it or not, this serious design flaw was not the only problem with the desk.Not one hour after it was assembled, it stopped working.We tried using different batteries even though the batteries we put in the first time were brand new and it still didn't work.

Normally Fisher Price toys are great, but this one should have been better designed.

Step2 New Traditions Table & Chairs Set

We bought this set for our 5 year old son. He is too big for a booster seat and too short to really color and draw at our dinner table. We first tried a child-sized wooden table but our younger son destroyed it within a couple of months. This set is sturdy and stable. The table is also very light. When it is not in use, we store the table upside-down on top of our dining room table. It is easy to relocate when we need to move it and fits through a standard doorway (when turned on it's side). The top of the table has a very slight lip to stop crayons or markers from rolling on the floor. I think we will be using this happily for years!

I just received this table and chair set today, and despite one negative review claiming that it is a "piece of junk," I have to say quite the contrary.I was impressed with the size, durability and quality of this set overall. As an added bonus, my two-year old daughter loves it. She's been using it all day so far, coloring and playing with her toys on it. It was also incredibly easy to put together--took about ten minutes with just a Phillips screwdriver. Don't believe the 'review skewers'!

I got this because my daughter who is autistic and had some trouble with grasping things.We used these for therapy.It helped her gripping trying to get the small pieces off and helped with colors and shapes.She loved doing them and called them her "homework".

This is fun and yet educational for toddlers. Grandson loves working on these. Easy for them to do and crayon or paint mess to clean up. Teaches colors as well as shapes while he has loads of fun. I feel it also teaches patience, as it does takes patience to peel off the back of the pieces and then find where they go and stick them on. Works on the same idea as a paint by number picture. He is so proud when he completes one. I have ordered another one since he enjoys it so much.

Great, but a too many stickers for a 3 1/2 yr. old. It might take him forever. I will try to find a similar one with less pieces.

I have twin 3 year old boys and they love doing these mosaic sticker crafts.I would not recommend this kit because I found the boards and stickers too flimsy.I did like that the board was individually packaged with the stickers.

I recommend My First Sticky kits (we had the Mosiac Vehicles and Mosaic Pets) because they are the same price and come with sturdy boards and foam stickers which have a nice thickness to them for handling.

I opend it to install batteries before sending it on to her and it is more awesome than expected. So many fun little people who each get a chair. My mom and I are obcessed with getting this gift for close friends 2 year old birthdays!It is a little pricey but I think its completely worth it.My daughter got it for her 1 year old birthday (but I hink a 2 year old appreciates it more).She is just about 3 1/2 and still loves it!The cake is her favorite part. You push down the cake and it sings happy birthday.

I believe it comes with 4 or 5 people, chairs, the cake, a present, the 3 walls (i for pinata, 1 with a clown, and i forget whats on the other one).

I really am not a fan of the LIttle People due to them not making millions of different characters, but this toy is awesome!

I really like this product for the price.Well worth it.My 4 and 3 yr. old find it easy to use and love it as well.Paper is easy to change as well, and easy to store under their art table when not in use.

I bought this for my granddaughter to go with a play desk I also bought on Amazon.com. She likes to draw and I thought it would be great to keep on the top of the play desk so she could just pull out a new piece of paper when she was done with the old and not have a pile of paper laying around to make a mess. It is heavy enough to stay put and it works great for her. I would buy this again.

Firstly, I am an adult and I purchased this product for myself, not a child. I am working on a project and needed to use six foot long banner paper. Realizing I needed a stabilizer for the paper I began looking for banner paper holders. This one was the cheapest.

The primary colors were a turn off but this product may be easily painted or stained to give you that "adult look".

It functions as stated. However, I am unable to get a clean tear of the banner paper but for the price it isn't worth a quibble. The easy fix is to just pull the banner paper out a bit further than where you need the clean rip. After that initial tear, polish the rip off with a pair of scissors. Again, for the price is really is no big deal.
