Front Porch Classics Generic Circa Baseball Desktop Game

Front Porch Classics Generic Circa Baseball Desktop GameI ordered this because I liked the look, and thought it would be a neat addition to my game collection. To my delight, it also turns out to be great fun!It is basically a pinball style game, but even without the electronics and all, it is a joy to play.Have a friend who wants to play? It's easy to follow basic baseball rules and play through nine innings.Swing the bat to get a single, double, triple, home run, or even get out!Much like real baseball, you'll have to work to get some points on the board. As an added bonus, this game is easy to assemble and beautiful to behold. It stays out nicely, as a decorative piece for your game room or as an addition to any sports memorabilia collection.I'm not even a sports fan, and I love this game. It's a good return to simple fun, with value added craftsmanship.

This toy seems to be the "economical version" of the Old Century Baseball Tabletop Games made by the same company.Instead of 3 ramps, this game only has 1.It is also much smaller.Overall, my 8 year old and 11 year old really like it and play with it from time to time.It doesn't hold their attention as long as a nintendo DS (what does?), but they'll bang around on it for a good 15-20 minutes a few times a week.I like it because the price was right and it's not plastic. It really is wood.It sounds funny, but it just feels good to play this game.Additionally, the unit is built very well and is proably more durable than one might expect. They didn't scrimp on manufacturing this unit and I would expect their other games are the same.

I got this game for my 6-year-old son in my parents' name for Christmas 2005, and it was his favorite toy. He loves baseball, and of course pinball carries its own intrinsic interest and sense of fun. He's especially interested in it if I play with him, so there's a definite positive social aspect to the game as well. Additionally, the game's wooden and metal components are well made and, within reason, this is a durable toy.

Our 6-year-old son just loves this game!It was super easy to assemble, easy to learn how to play, and the games go by fairly quickly and are exciting.Plus it doesn't make all those noises that almost all the new, electronic toys make.It seems pretty durable and well-made and we're very happy with what we got for the price.

My 10-year-old son loved this game while it lasted.Overall, I would have rated it 5 stars except it lasted about three months. After that, the skimpy assembly that holds the plunger together (the metal rod that launches the ball into the game) fell apart and a tiny metal screw was lost.I contacted University Games to inquire about replacement parts.Their super-friendly and helpful customer service department told me they don't have parts, and promised instead to replace the game. However, three months later we have never received a replacement game, repairs parts, or any other resolution.

Given this experience, I cannot say I would recommend this product to anyone else, nor would I really be inclined to buy another product from University Games.

Don't say I didn't warn ya .......

UPDATE: In all fairness, University Games did finally replace this game with a new one, free of charge. No problems with the new one .... yet.

Risk

RiskI started playing Risk! in my late elementary school days. Now, nearly 50, I still enjoy the game immensely.

Several factors combine to make the game entertaining. There is a definite need for strategy, yet much depends on luck (sounds a lot like real war, eh?) both in terms of the roll of the die as well as where you start out geographically on the board, as some areas are much easier to gain and hold than others. The game usually will involve a lot of turns of fortune, adding an interesting emotional component. And, in the end, the winner rules over the entire planet-and who, deep down in the inner sanctum of their imagination and ego, doesn't feel like that's the way it ought to be?

The game has an educational component-primarily from a geographic point of view.A lot of the larger countries are broken down into regions and states within the larger national framework.I first learned a lot of the names of places from the Risk! board.

There is the basic game board, armies (small pieces of plastic or wood (depending on the age of your game), a deck of cards (one for each "country") and dice.

A lot of games come and go.Risk! has been around a long, long time. That in itself speaks volumes.

This is a great game, especially for larger groups (6-8 players) and those with plenty of time on their hands.A typical game will last 3-5 hours.

Go ahead, give it your best shot and see if you have what it takes to conquer the world!

I had looked at this game for years, blissfully ignorant of the addictive dreams that lurked within. Of course, I have always harboured secret desires leaning towards absolute power and control of the globe, so it was no surprise that "Risk" turned out to be perfect.

Basically, the game is played out between up to 6 players with various territories that are under their control. As players dominate entire continents, they gain bonus units for their forces. As they take over territories, they can collect cards for even more units. In this way, you can try to build up for using pure, brute force to achieve dominance.

However, one might like to get into some intrigue and conspiring. This, in my opinion, is where some of the best features of gameplay come out. Just the delicious opportunities to ally yourself with other players to crush a mutual enemy, and then turn on each other when the deed is done. The fluidity of gameplay is greatly enhanced, and the tension mounts with not really knowing who to trust. It is a very important part of the game's appeal and enjoyment, in my opinion.

There are lots of little pieces to the game, so that may be an issue for those with younger children in the house. It is a bit easy to lose pieces. Other than this issue, the pieces and board are quite durable and you should get years of enjoyment out of the game.

For the taste of strategy, crushing opponents like bugs, double-dealing and treachery, all spiced up with pure war, "Risk" is a very addictive and extremely cool game. It will entertain your for hours, and is a great way to spend an evening with friends.

Although, how long they remain friends is open to debate!

This game is a simulated war among 2 to 6 players for world domination. You get bonuses if you control a continent, plus as the game progresses you will have the opportunity to bring more and more reinforcements into battle. Luck is sadly a HUGE factor in risk since the roll of the dice always represents a 50-50 chance of victory. I have seen five units decimate an entire 30+ unit army. This is what will get things heated up. Risk's game play is built in a way that it WILL get the worst out of you, which is good when you're winning and getting on your friends and siblings nerves. There are some extra rules to push up the strategy factor but not enough to make a real difference. The new versions of Risk seem to get it right. So look for Lord of The Rings Risk, Risk 2210 and Risk Godstorm and have fun!

Risk has been around for some time and it has gone trough a gazillion face-lifts. First the game pieces were wooden Roman Numbers (I, V, X). Now we have beautifully detailed plastic soldiers. This version has more changes yet such as:

The cannons now come with its soldier.

New Map design with a Golden Cavalry marker to keep track of reinforcement's level.

Mission rules are remade. Now you have to complete four separate missions to win. The two mission cards are gone. This will avoid your opponents to predict your mission.

This is a new version for collectors and a better version for first timers. Have fun getting under your opponents skin and remember to never hate your enemy; it will affect your judgment.

First, let me say that I do not really consider myself a South American person.Certainly not in the way some people are Australian strategists, who always start off with as many of the four areas of down under as they can get in the initial set up of "Risk."From Australia you have to go for Asia, but from South America you can move to North America or Africa. My objective in the first stage of the game is to have big armies in Central America, North Africa, Southern Europe and the Middle East and control of South America and Africa. This gives me not only control of two continents but denies other control of three more as well.

I have played a computer game version of Risk, but whipping a computer to conquer the world is no way near as much fun as sitting around a table playing with friends in college.Risk is a great game under such circumstances because you do not have to sit at the table the entire time; you can go off, make a sandwich, watching a game on the tube, or whatever, until it is either your turn or somebody yells out, Irkusk is under attack and you need to roll your defense dice. Then it comes down to how lucky you feel, for many an ego has been shot down by trying to take a country and seeing an army decimated by an opponent rolling fives and sixes.

This is also a great game for students of history and/or current events because there is an inherent tendency to provide the game with a narrative structure, especially when some undermanned army puts up a spirited defense. Then those gathered around the board will sing of the glory of the valiant defenders of Iceland, who were able to stave off the horde of "Green Meanies" attacking in three directions. My only complaint was having to pick up all the pieces every time you knocked the tray onto the floor...

Before there were computer games, before there was Dungeon & Dragons, there was Risk as the premier social game for college students.I am sure its rank in the world of competitive gamesmanship has been greatly reduced in the past couple of decades, but in its heyday Risk was the game of choice on weekends.

I feel sorry for people who say their favorite game is something like "Sorry," where a drawn card determines with blind luck the game's outcome. It is more of a diversion than an actual game. I am proud to say "RISK" is my favorite game -luck is one element, but so is strategy and brainpower.

The goal is simple: Rule the world. Unfortunately, there are 2 to 5 opponents in your way. The game tends to last for hours as weaknesses are tested, strategies are played out and brave (or foolish) conquests are carried out. Though many games can last for hours, the tide can turn in a single round. For those fans of strategy games, this is a must-have.

I did take one star off durability because the pieces are rather small. Be prepared to pick a few out of the carpet days after the game has ended. Other than that, take care of your gameboard, cards and pieces and I have no doubt it will last many years.

KidKraft Trundle Drawer

Train Table Trundle Drawer - NaturalLet me first say that I love KidKraft because they think like parents!

Also, as of 12/9/06 Amazon did not have the correct image of this item, the pictures was for the kidkraft trundle in the natural color, not honey.

These trundles came with my son's train table from KidKraft. I was drawn to them for many reasons:

*They are BIG!!!! You can't fit all the train pieces in those other tables that have pull out drawers or the tiny baskets that slide underneath the table. I LOVE that two trudles are the size of the table HUGE!

*They are on casters. Easy in, easy out! My kid can do it so I don't have to! They are easy enough to roll around that my 2-year-old son can do it on his own. If you look carefully at the trundles, you'll see that there are even cut-outs for small fingers to grab the trundles so they can move them. It's impossible to smash your fingers between the trundle and table.

*They are easy for kids organize! One side of the trundle has a rope handle, while the other side has a chalkboard plate so you can label what is in each! (or do as I did, and draw a picture of a train and a picture of train tracks so my kiddo knows what is what since he can't read yet)

*Again, did I mention they are HUGE??

These trundles are well made with the casters fitting easily into place by screwing in a pre-drilled hole. A simple washer fits over the top and lays flush with the inside of the table so little ones can't hurt themselves on sharp screws or hardware. My husband and I had these both put together (he did one while I did the other) in 10 minutes max.

Like I said in the beginning, these were well thought out. I love the features of the trundles I'm sure a parent was involved in creating these! I also believe you get what you pay for, and while these are some of the more 'expensive' trundles on the market, they are well worth it. After a year of play, they are holding up just fine, with very little wear and tear (and that's with a 2-year-old!)

I'd read other reviews talking about the size of these trundle drawers, but without perspective it didn't mean much to me. So, let me say that my two year old son frequently climbs into a drawer and crawls under the train table. He can lie completely inside a drawer and his twin brother can close him up. If I smushed them a bit, I could fit both boys in one drawer.

Assembly was very straightforward and easy. The bottom panel is wood like the sides, rather than crummy particle board. It is also finished like the sides so the drawers look nice, open and closed. The cutouts, front and back, prevent the smashing of little fingers. The casters work an thick carpet. I wish they'd included a wooden handle, because I'm not fond of the rope, but they're not really my drawers and the boys don't care.

I rated these drawers 4 stars for educational value. I said this because the boys LOVE rolling the drawers in and out. This makes it fun for them to roll the drawers out to put away their trains, tracks, and other toys. The size of the drawers makes it easy for them to store their things after play and we can enforce some loose organization of items, by color or size or type.

We bought this, with train table, 16 years ago.Once the boys grew out of the trains, it became our family room coffee table and held video game accessories and movies. My 17 year old jumped on it to get away from his brother and the table finally gave out.We now use the drawer under a bed and it is so perfect I was looking to buy 2 more. This drawer does NOT show it's age.The table probably could have been easily fixed, but we really were done with it.I would definitely recommend this.

Beechwood Veneer Folding Go Game Set

Beechwood Veneer Folding Go Game SetI was looking for a good Go board (didn't care if it was folding or not).I was not willing to pay hundreds of dollars however.

My initial look on Amazon for a board therefore left me rather disappointed.Any 'inexpensive' boards had horrible reviews.Primarily due to being rather small in size, and having cheap plastic stones.

Deep down the list I stumbled onto this set.I was surprised that it wasn't reviewed/rated yet, but the description made it seem really good.Almost too good to be true for the price of $37.80 (and free shipping)

Upon receiving it, I'm very impressed. The board is much larger than you would think, absolutely full size Go board. It's very hefty (especially with the stones in it). It's a lovely dark color and the lines are painted on in gold paint.(Some people may complain that it's not the normal yellow color, though I like the change)The clasp is rather small, but seems to hold it closed well.

The removable trays are wood, covered in velvet.Basic, but nice, and much better than a plastic bag like many cheap sets come with.

The stones themselves are much better than I could have thought. They are a man made material as the product description mentions (a starch/plastic combo from what I understand), but they actually feel very good in your hand.Decent weight, and they 'rub' against each other making sounds in your hands just like real stones would.

The only two complaints that I would have, are that the hinge on mine doesn't allow it to 'perfectly' lay flat on one side ... so there is a little lip on that line.slight 'adjustment pressure' mostly fixed this, but it's still not perfect, IMO this is a usual problem with any board that folds open. The second 'concern' is just something I'm worried about for the future. As I said, the lines are painted (perhaps silk screened?) on.I think that if I carried this around regularly that the lines might wear off.To that end I'll probably be making a soft fabric carrying bag for it to stop any such 'rubbing off'.

Overall, I'm very impressed for the price, and would heartily recommend anyone else to buy it.

This is a beautiful tabletop board. The coloration is inverted from the "standard" Go board, with light-colored lines on a dark background instead of the usual dark-on-light. This isn't really a problem like it can be for chessboards where there can be confusion about which side is "black" and which side is "white".

The surface has a reddish hue, which complements the gold lines quite nicely. The stones come in zip-lock bags in felt trays (or is it velvet? I don't really know how to tell). It would be best to keep the stones in the bags when storing the set, since the trays fit into recesses on the "inside" of the folded board, and it's a little tough to tell which side you should open the board on to avoid spilling the stones.

The stones themselves are plastic (if you look very closely, you can see the molding seams on the edges, although you can barely even feel or see them when holding or looking at them without specifically looking for them. They have a smooth-feeling matte surface, giving them a texture remarkably similar to smooth pebbles you might find in the wild, although they don't quite have the heft of real stone.

My board had a slight cosmetic flaw, in that one of the tiny screws on the catch seemed to have gone in at a strange angle, but it doesn't seem to affect the functioning.

The only downside that I've found so far is in the "fun" factor: While Go is much simpler in its rules than other "classic" games like Chess, very few westerners are familiar with it, so expect to have to explain the rules if you just leave it on your office desk as I do. Unless you can find another human to play with, you'll probably have to play against yourself for practice, since there really aren't many good Go computer programs. To date, no computer has been able to play Go at a professional level, although you may be able to find Go puzzles (similar to Chess puzzles) online and in books.

My coworker and I decided that we wanted to start playing Go over lunch. Neither of us had ever played before, so we needed some equipment. Since I would be bringing it to work I needed something portable and fairly inexpensive; but since one of the reasons we wanted to start playing go was because of its aesthetic qualities, I didn't want to just use a cheap roll-up mat or something.

I hunted around on Amazon and found this. The reviews were positive and it was eligible for Amazon Prime so I ordered it.

When it arrived, I emailed my girlfriend: this is an astoundingly high quality board for the price! It's made of solid, good looking wood. The bottom of the board and the trays are lined with nice velvet or felt (I'm not smart enough to know which). The playing surface is glossy black with a golden grid painted on it. The stones feel good in the hand (though I wish they were just a bit heavier). And it even smells good: like nice wooden furniture.

The next day, while actually playing, my enthusiasm waned only a little when I discovered that the grid is not painted on perfectly straight. It's slightly crooked so that the center line starts on one side of the folding-edge and ends up on the other side. This doesn't distract from play at all, but it does explain why the board is so affordable.

Playing a stone with normal force doesn't produce a satisfy click, but it doesn't detract from the game too much.

This is an excellent portable set and, at the price, is also a good beater. If it gets damaged or stolen, you probably won't care like you would for one of the more expensive sets. I think this set hits the sweet spot on the price/quality curve.

I'd definitely recommend it.

I recently became interested in the game of Go, and played it on the computer for a while. I wanted to upgrade to a real board, but all of the fancy boards are incredible expensive, and initially all of the sets in my price range (under $50 let's remember it's a board game) were small and of cheap materials.

I found this one through a recommendation by the above user, and it lived up to its good review. The board is big: it's not one of those cramped sets that look big online but disappoint in person. This one is the real regulation size, and is visually appealing. It is relatively lightweight and allows a good amount of wiggle room to place the pieces.

It has a nice gold striping on the surface that is very slightly raised. The pieces are of a good weight and are very tough. They have a texture similar to that of smooth stone, and feel good to hold while you're thinking about the next move. They store in the convenient felt boxes that then fit inside the board for travel.

If you're like me and looking for a low-cost solution that won't disappoint, then this is a wise choice. Everything you need to play immediately, including a good rulebook in a quiz-style learning format, is included, and the price is great.

The board arrived on the fifth day after my order, with free shipping, actually sooner than I expected. It was undamaged save for a few marks in the gold striping which are hardly noticeable.

I deducted one star for durability because the stripes seem exposed and might accidentally be damaged when carrying the board, since they are silk-screened paint on the smooth surface, but this is nothing a soft towel or case won't prevent.

Overall, the set was better than I expected and a buy that left me satisfied.

Not having owned another board before, it is difficult for me to say how this one measures up. One issue that might concern some is the contrast, which I find to be excellent. The board is this pretty red color and the black stones show up against it easily, even from across the room. I know it's not the traditional color scheme, but I find this board aesthetically pleasing. The trays for the stones are also quite nice and fit perfectly in the board when it's folded. The clasp looks rather small, but is apparently strong enough to hold the board folded shut. As for the stones, I'm not sure what they're made of, but they work. They are smooth, but not too glossy. If I had my way, I'd make them a bit heavier, but the dimensions are right and they stand out on the board, which is important. Overall, from what I can tell this is a fine board and not at all a bad deal if you're looking for a full-size board that isn't incredibly expensive.

Cardinal Industries Dominoe Table Top

Cardinal Industries Dominoe Table TopThis was the first table top I have purchased. I've since graduated to a larger table, but just wanted to express my thoughts AND a little tip that will go for any of the quarter-fold tables available here on Amazon.

Basically, I love this table. It's highly portable (even more so once I give you my helpful tip). And it's great for people learning the game, because of the built-in tile holders. When players get more experienced, they like to hold the bones in their hands. But it's nice to have the option of holding them, or using the tile holders.

The playing surface is a bit smaller than the more expensive table tops available, but you'll just have to get a tad creative with how you play the tiles.

Because the playing surface is felt, the mixability of the tiles is a little hampered, but can be done with not a lot of effort. Also, since the playing surface is felt...if you play with mostly adults, I wouldn't recommend smoking around the table. Have ashtrays available, or not allow smoking around the table. The drink holders will fit the average 12 oz beer/soda can and/or drink glass. You'll want to wipe out the holders before storage. To keep clean, use a tape lint roller. And maybe you might want to spray the table with Scotchguard before it's first use.

Now, the biggest complaint about all quarter-fold tables is that, because of their design, you're going to have a gap between two panels. That's necessary in order to be able to fold the table. I used a bracket once to close the gap, but then I could only fold the table in half. I then took plywood and screwed it to the underside of the table, but then I couldn't fold it at all anymore. So how can you close the gap, but not mess with the design of the table. Take two wood screws that are about two inches in length. Screw one into the SIDE of the table top about 3/4" to 1" away from the gap. Screw it in almost all the way. Do the same with the other side. Then take a rubber band or a twisty-tie and wrap it around the two screws tight enough to close the gap completely. When game play is complete, remove the band or tie, and fold the table for storage.

If you take care of the table, it should give you a long time of enjoyment. I bought this table back in 2005, and it lasted until January 2009. That's because I was taking it to tailgate parties, and because I screwed the board flat, I had to pack it into my car with chairs and tables. The table and chair legs ripped the felt and cracked the tile holders. Otherwise, I'd still have it today.

This is a great table. Honestly, you can find it cheaper elsewhere. Seek it out. But you have my recommendation to buy it wherever you see it.

15" Standard Wooden Chess Set

15' Standard Wooden Chess SetI received this chess set as a gift, and I love it!The board and pieces have been constructed very well of solid wood that should prove to be very durable.A feature not found with similar sets is that the board doubles as a case for the pieces which are actually held in place individually so they don't bounce around and get chipped. This is an excellent gift idea for any chess player or anyone who wants to learn!

This fine set offers perhaps the biggest bang for your buck in terms of quality, size, design, and portability for a mid-range chess board. Width-wise, its folding size is that of a book, and just as easy to carry. The pieces are fine Staunton wood pieces, and the polished board itself has an elegant appearance. I highly recommend this for anyone; it will last many years. Only negative: The set's only detraction is that it does not come with extra Queens. But you can substitute pieces or just use another set. I prefer the plain-Jane plastic weighted Hastings tournament piece sets which are inexpensive and highly durable.

Buy 15" Standard Wooden Chess Set Now

A fairly decent chess set. The pieces are all wooden but extremely light so the feel isn't particularly great. On the bright side, each piece has nice balance so you will not knock them over with gentle pushes. The elastic straps on the inside are pretty decent as well. All in all a decent set but it will not give you great satisfaction.

Edit: Just changed the durability to 2 stars and overall to 3 instead of 4. The elastic holding the pieces is flimsy and I think it is going to snap/tear any day. For any half way serious player I would not recommend this and would much rather they spend a little more to get heavier pieces separately with a separate board.

Pieces aren't very heavy, but they also don't chip (which his old ones did). A great selection for beginners and casual players.

X-Acto Red Gripster Knife Handle with Cap

X-Acto Red Gripster Knife Handle with CapIt was a gift for my sister becuase she loves red.She uses it on scratch board for art. The knife works great.

Having used the classic Xacto knife for years, I decided to give the Gripster a try. This knife is working well for me, it is essentially a metal knife in the center, though slightly thinner than the regular version, and then there is the outer plastic barrel which is about like a BIC pen casing covering the knife. I'll upload a picture of this which should help clarify it.

I like the plastic feel of this version; it's easy to use and softer on my hands. This knife is available in several colors, Red, Blue, Black and now Pink. For really heavy duty precision work I would stick with the metal version, but this is great for 75% of all the cutting I do. The safety aspect of having the tightener at the back away from the blade seems beneficial to me and does make it really easy to open the knife. On some of my metal knives I've closed them so hard that they become difficult to open, this hasn't happened to me on this knife.

I've purchased so many of these through the years that it's a standard item in my tool kits and field boxes. Over time, I've lost the caps and or broken them by placing heavy items on them. Since the knife is about the same size as a pen, you can find pen caps that will work nearly as well in a pinch.

I use these knives for so many things, RC modeling, cutting paper, cutting plastic, trimming and so forth. If you buy the blades in the 100 pack the cost goes down enough that you don't worry about getting a fresh blade out. An important tip is to keep your blade sharp. Once it's going dull your risk of slipping, ruining whatever it is you are working on, or worse yet cutting yourself goes up. Be safe; keep a very sharp blade on.

4 stars, it would be nicer if it was an all metal body with a plastic coating but this is working well for me too.

Butterfly TR16 Home Rollaway Table Tennis Table

Butterfly TR16 Home Rollaway Table Tennis TableThis product is a must buy if one wants to play ping pong. Its great for new players and old, and the table is huge! This is a great buy HOWEVER the assembly might be the hardest thing in your life. Trust me, just stick through because My brother, my friend, and I took six hours to finish assembling it. It is still worth it because the finished product is amamzing

Pros:Fairly light weight means my two young sons are able to fold it up/lower it down with relative ease.I actually found the assembly to be rather straight forward (with the caveat in cons below) although having two people definitely made it go faster.Like the paddle and ball storage feature. While you're definitely paying a premium for the Butterfly name, all in all I'm very happy with the purchase.

Cons:The starter holes that were drilled were not properly offset which meant that when the table was ultimately assembled the lines on the table did not line up (they were off by a good half inch).Which meant that I had to redrill the holes in the table and some of the metal components. This easily added 1 1.5 hours to the assembly process.Comes with a net, which I did not expect. While I like the ball and paddle holder that comes with the table, it is designed in such a way that adding an upgraded net and post may not be possible. In fact, I bought a Butterfly net and post set that will not work with this table.

Other reviews have said that this table is difficult to put together, but my wife and I didn't have any trouble at all.The instruction manual wasn't the greatest, but the illustrations were perfectly clear, and a couple hours later we were set up and playing.

This table isn't a professional level quality. But for regular home users, it should be solid enough to last for years.Wear and tear shouldn't be an issue, and you can expect a consistent play out of this table for a long time.Possibly the best table out there for the price.

I disagree with the naysayers on assembly of this product. With an electric screwdriver, a rubber mallet and a good socket wrench, I assembled in just about two hours, and needed my wife's help for about ten minutes.Once you interpret all of the pictures (included in time required), it went well and produced an exceptional product.Great exercise!

Our Generation Tea Parlor Table And Chairs For 18" Dolls

Our Generation Tea Parlor Table And Chairs For 18' DollsThis table set looks great online, however I was greatly disappointed in the quality when it arrived. It is made of plastic though it looks like wood.I'm sure my niece would enjoy it but it is certainly not worth the prices I am seeing ($75-$90).This item is priced at "American Girl" prices and I was expecting a similar quality and attention to detail as AG products but the product should probably be priced closer to $40.

A gift for my granddaughter. She loves her 18-inch doll so a tea parlor was a perfect gift.I don't know how durable it will be since it is made of plastic.
