The stand was as advertised and I have no complaints.However, be aware that the slot for the coins are fine for regular currency but too narrow for challenge coins.In addition, the display base is too narrow resulting in a steep stack of rows so the coins aren't slanted enough for good display.I would not buy another like this one.
The equipment was ideal for those just starting up playing pickleball; the veteran players might question the quality of the paddles. The balls themselves are very sturdy and take a beating; much more serviceable than the old whiffle ball we used in the formative years of the game. The set seemed a bit pricey to me, but I'm a cheapskate and always look for more quality for the dollar.All in all, a good buy with much fun for the family.

Love this simple design. Yes, it is felt on a tube BUT it does hold your pieces together and is a VERY large surface. If you like puzzles but dont have an entire kitchen table to leave it out on then its totally worth it!I can't believe I spent money on this. You can't move pieces around without destroying the puzzle. I put a puzzle I was working on on this mat, stood up, took two steps, and the sticky strips that enable you to secure the puzzle when you move it snagged on my sock, and the entire puzzle was destroyed. This ping pong set is very compact and easy to install but TINY.I couldn't get over how extremely small the paddles were.In fact, I had a hard time keeping my fingers from being hit by the ball because of it!The net doesn't even go completely across the table it's so short but it still works.The suggestion to place the ends in dinner plates was great since it would not stay adhered to our table either.All in all, it's fun and a good price but I would have bought something more for normal sized people rather than smurfs.:)Want Desktop Ping Pong Discount?

I bought this cute little stapler at the Container Store, to take to college with me.I've used it twice, and it worked great until a staple got jammed inside.As far as I can tell, there is no way to get inside the staple "chamber", and my stapler is now useless.I have now spent a half-hour trying everything I can think of to get the staple out and have made no progress.If you happen to have a extremely long pair of needle-nosed pliers sitting around your house you should have no problems with this stapler.I'm disappointed.
I purchased this for a car ride (8 hours total), and while the questions were fairly good they were also simple.Nonetheless we had fun with them, but the fun only lasted a little less than two hours.
I really would love to say that this was a great purchase but it was not.I got it assembled/built, didn't have any issues at all there.Everything that was needed for assembly was included.I purchased 5-project boxes and additional super-bright LED lights to make this set a real nice piece that I'd have for a while...and they worked well in a "controlled testing home environment".However, once you get them in the hands of actual players, where all four of them are buzzing in at the same time, not so good.For the first game, it did well in the beginning and towards the end of the first game, it started to display 2-LED lights simultaneously leading the game moderator to guess at which contestant buzzed in first.This behavior repeated and started to get worse. By the time the end of the 2nd game came around, ALL 4 lights would come on at the same time!It became all but useless at that point and we resorted to having the players raise their hand...which completely defeats the purpose of this kit, very disappointing.It's a nice set, and it does "semi-work" but by no means is it ready for actual game-play!

We purchased this train set last year as an "extra" present. I can't say enough good things about this table, and about the Nilo people. My 1-yr-old son loves it, and it is the perfect height to help him learn to pull up to stand, and cruise around to get to toys on it. He is very rough, alwaysthrowing toys down on top of the table, but it is quite sturdy and never chips or dents. He is always pulling on it, too, and it has never once wobbled--a very sturdy construction. We also have the Nilo block chairs, which are fabulous, but for some sad reason were discontinued. When I first received the Nilo table, I opened it to find a crack through one of the melanine sides. I wrote to Nilo on their website to tell them I was displeased with their packaging. No kidding, within 5 MINUTES the phone rang and a Nilo rep was apologizing for the crack. He explained that they have made their packaging more and more complex but are still having problems with damaged products due to UPS problems. He told me to throw the old table top away, and he would send me a new one in the mail and charge UPS for the damage. I got the new one in a week and a half. It was incredible customer service! We have owned this table for 3.5 years now and it has been played on for hours every single day.Our eldest (who is exceptionally tall) is six and he plays on it every day and our youngest has played on it since the age of 1, when she used it for pulling up and cruising around.It is totally solid and a very nice-looking piece of furniture.
I'm impressed with the quality of this game board and pieces.It appears that all parts are real wood and veneers and the exterior satin finish is very good.Even the cups are made of wood!The brass-colored hinges are a bit light and the walnut and mahogany veneered points don't offer as much color contrast as painted or fabric surfaces, but those are extremely picky criticisms for what is a heck of a good backgammon set for the price.The set has a very nice upscale look whether open or closed.

Game set looks great. Inside backgammon markings in brown are not consistent colors. The white is marked fine but the brown markings look like they just didn't stain it and are varied in color (almost invisible). Would have preferred a better colored design on interior but for $30 I guess they cut corners to make it cheaper. Would have preferred a handle on the game when closed. Design on front is lovely.
First off, this is not a toy. It can break easily. I have two of them for that very reason. Second, it could have been larger. I would have loved to have pieces that were twice as large. Finally, since this is the only Dejarik Holochess Set on the market at the time of this review, I think its great. If you love the original Star Wars trilogy... you might like this set.
