20" Mini Tabletop Foosball Soccer Table Game

20' Mini Tabletop Foosball Soccer Table GameI bought this for my niece for Christmas, since she loved playing Foosball at a friend's house. I had to assemble it when I got it, and was a bit disappointed that the wood wasn't as thick and sturdy as it may look in the picture. If you've ever bought a bookshelf or some sort of cabinet or chest of drawers that you had to assemble, it will probably be about the same kind of wood this game uses.

The green "field" board is pretty thin, so be careful not to put any extra pressure on it other than the soccer balls it's intended to roll around.I can see that the rods may get bent if you're not careful, though I think it make take a bit of roughness to do that.

Also, the assembled foosball game is fairly light. My husband and I played a couple of games to test it out, and we ended up having to be careful not to lift up our side of the game! Haha.So I'm not sure how two 6 year-olds will fare.I'll have to let my niece know not to lift it up or bang it back down in the heat of battle.

Overall though, my husband and I had a lot of fun with this. It's definitely light enough to carry around to parties if you wanted to.And my husband and I played on our carpet floor instead of on a table, and that worked fine.Though that may also be part of the reason that we ended up lifting up the board on accident a few times trying to to hit the ball.If I find that it doesn't last up to the playing of my niece and cousin, I'll update this review.

I offered do my grand-son in 4 year day. Difficult to ensemble. Good value for price and as first soccer game.

Great fun for about an hour. Then one of the rods broke, because it was made of cheap metal. Could have suspected this would happen, because the generally poor quality of the parts had made assembly a hassle (pieces didn't fit together well).

Bought the table last year for Christmas and it lasted 4 days being played by 5 and 6 year old.The rods controlling the players are really thin and easily bent.Once a rod is slightly bent it will not slide back and forth for control making the whole thing useless.

The makers of this item market it several brands. It is absolute junk. The manufacturers and marketers should be ashamed of the build quality of it. I can't imagine anyone would sell it with a return policy or satisfaction guarantee. I have assembled a lot of cheap Chinese-made junk in my life but this item wins the poorest made hands down.

Melissa & Doug Deluxe Wooden Multi-Activity Table

Melissa & Doug Deluxe Wooden Multi-Activity TableMy two-year-old daughter was playing with her trains on the dining room floor before we got this table. We were all constantly stepping on pieces, having to redo the track layout, etc.Now she can play for quite a while without wreaking "butt-zilla" havoc by sitting on everything.

She does sometimes still sit on the table next to the track, but the table is sturdy enough to hold her 30 lbs. just fine. And when she takes the track apart, at least the pieces are enclosed rather than being scattered all over the floor.

No need to buy the brand name (Thomas) tables...this one is so much less expensive and still solid. The drawer is also quite deep and long to store the rest of her train set accessories. We have several Melissa and Doug wooden toys and so far we've had no construction issues with them. With that said, there was one screw through one of the beams that hold the table top up that never really went in to the table edge.Like I said, though, it still holds plenty of weight.

Once she outgrows the train phase I'm sure she will still enjoy using clay, a dollhouse, or something else on it.

Note that it is quite large--about 48" x 32"--so don't get it if you don't have room for it.We chose this one to accomodate her train set.Because it is so large we have it away from the wall so our daughter can walk around it on all sides. As she gets taller/able to reach farther (she's currently about 35"), we'll be able to put the long side up against a wall to save some floor space.

As the price indicates, this isn't a high-quality table. But, it serves its purpose. We preferred to spend more money on a nice train set, and save some cash by getting a lower-end table. The pros are that it is very roomy and has a storage drawer which accommodates our 130-piece set. The cons are that it is already showing several scuff marks on the white paint, and it's only a month old. It was extremely easy to assemble, and took about 30-45 minutes. Note that it is quite low to the ground. Our two-year-old has to be on his knees to play with it. So, if you're looking for a table that your child can stand at, this one's not for you.

Perfect table. Did not want one with a printed surface as I wanted the kids to define the play. It has been used for the Thomas train, puzzles, building with blocks, car racing, base for legos and to jump onto the bean bag chairs. Super easy to put together. Love it!

We bought this table for the Melissa and Doug Train set. There was a table at Target that was $70 and much sturdier, but I couldn't return this table at the store I bought it from sadly.

This table is very flimsy. We assembled it for Christmas and by February it was shakey. My son is two an average toddler tornado. He loved this train table in the store and we couldn't tear him away from it so we thought it would be great to get him.

The beam that keeps the drawer suspended snapped in the middle of the wood. Every time my son picked up a toy and put it on the table, he would knick the side with the toy and remove paint. The fact that the table is painted white is a very poor choice for kids who will no doubt hit the table with toys. The manufacturer should have just left it a natural wood color with a gloss, but I guess pressboard is not as pretty as white paint. *shrug*

The green planks that serve as the table surface are cheap and thin pressboard. And if you're idea is to buy a train set and use woodglue to keep the train tracks on this table, as was my idea, you're in for a treat. The paint prevents the glue from really bonding. So that elaborate train table you spent hours assembling and glueing will basically get pieces knocked off and no doubt it will be the 1 inch piece that will no doubt get lost and mess up your attempts to reassemble the train set.

I ended up completely taking the train pieces off the green boards and throwing them away. The table's support beams which had broken were re-enforced with new boards I had to install. I replaced the flimsy green boards with a piece of solid birch, half an inch thick. Also, the green boards do not completely fit the table and leave cracks in the edges that all sorts of not fun things get into when you have a two year old. When I replaced the green boards, I also took a sealant and sealed the birch to the table so that nothing was getting caught in the cracks like before.

I would not recommend this table to anyone. The only reason I went thru so much trouble to restore it and fix it was because I'm stubborn and was annoyed at how much I had spent on it, which was close to $150 around Christmas when I bought it, not to mention the $120 on the train set and the $150 spent on buying Thomas trains for it as well. My child is almost 3 now, and still as destructive as ever. Oh also, the green pressboards aren't sealed well at all. My son got a sharpie and used it on his table. I tried to use a magic eraser but the green paint came off with it and looked faded in areas I had used it to remove the sharpie. Now, the birch is sealed properly and no matter what my son does to the table, I can clean it off.

I ordered this table because I already owned the Melissa & Doug trainset. The table is inexpensive compared to the other tables by Kidcraft or other makers. You get what you pay for because the table is fairly flimsy. It's adequate and does its job, but it's only a little more sturdier than cardboard.

Melissa & Doug Deluxe Wooden Pound-A-Peg

Melissa & Doug Deluxe Wooden Pound-A-PegThis toy feel apart on us not once but three times.First the head fell off the hammer the very first time my son used it.My husband thought that they had just not glued it well enough and just got out the wood glue to fix it no soon then we gave it to my son again and one of the sides fell off.My son is a typical little boy but he is not hard on his toys and was not using this in an unusual way.He has a similar toy at the montessori school that he goes to and loves it, but this is just too frustrating for him.We will be returning this toy and complaining to the manufacturer. It has the potential of being a 4 star toy if the thing would just stay together.

We've had this poundy bench for about two years and through a lot of rough use, we've never had a problem with it. The holes have a rubberized ring inside that provide resistance to the pegs, which fit just fine. The wood is extremely durable (although now pockmarked by the hammer, which is a testament to the quality). The hammer has never come apart, split or otherwise been damaged.

This is the best poundy bench I saw when shopping for them in person and I'm glad I bought a durable, solid wood bench.

I'm getting a little tired of Melissa and Doug. This company is so appealing on the surface, and for that reason my little boy has been receiving, as gifts, toys made by them since he was born. Some of their toys have been great, some have been horrible, and some are so-so.This one is so-so.

I don't know why there's no toymaker on the planet that can get this toy right.I have two other versions of this pound-a-peg notion. One of them is unusable because it is so hard to get the pegs hammered thru the holes, it just sits in the basement.Wonderworld Hammer Bench.I literally can't move the pegs through the holes without putting my full upper-body strength into it.

The other one is a brand I can't remember at the moment and its holes are so irregularly-sized that thru some of the holes, the pegs just slide without being whacked at all.One or two of the holes is properly sized.

This Melissa and Doug offering is similar to the second one I mentioned. There are eight pegs and eight holes.I think two of the holes are properly sized and the others are either way too loose or pretty much too loose. It is maddening that they pay such little attention to quality control.

Even the Melissa and Doug toys that I really love (mostly the puzzles) have QC issues.

Melissa and Doug really need to look in the mirror and decide what their mission is.For now, they seem to be cruising on an ill-deserved reputation as a high-quality toymaker.

I usually rave about Melissa & Doug Toys, but this one is awful! We took it out of the packaging and some of the pegs fell right to the ground through the holes. The holes were not all the same sizes (though they are supposed to be), nor were the pegs because there were some pegs that would work in certain holes and not others, but there were some holes that none of the pegs fit in without falling through. Some pegs were super tight in certain holes and couldn't be pounded properly without lots of force and others were pretty loose and one pound would knock them through. I ended up just pitching it after a while as there was no learning benefit to the toy. It was a gift, so I didn't have a receipt for it. The other reviewrs mentioned problems with the hammer... We never had any troule with it.

Rub a Dub Stickers for the Tub - Colors May Vary

Rub a Dub Stickers for the Tub - Colors May VaryOur 22 month old received this set of cars, trucks, signs, etc. in a big pack that also came with the letters and shapes and numbers. The first night he spent a long time making car and bus and firetruck sounds along the "road".The second night, rather than having to 'coax' him to the bath he ran in delight to get to play with the set!It was a great gift I'd love to find the "big" set we received somewhere so I could buy it as a gift for someone else to enjoy!

I'm guessing the idea is when the car and street stickers are wet they should stick to the sides of the tub, allowing the children to mix and match which cars go on which road. Fun idea, especially for my 2 yr old son who LOVES cars.I have 2 problems with this toy:

1) The "street" stickers will stick to the sides of the tub when you have nothing on them, but put a couple cars on and they slide right into the tub, they're too heavy not to.Also, who designed the shape of the street? How is it that most of the street pieces are curved (so that they end up in a circle) when most people's bath tubs are rectangular?Shouldn't the "street" just be straight and go all the way around the tub...unless this was designed for kids to stand up and put these on the tile wall...which is a safety hazard in a wet tub.Don't get it.So, you can't really connect all the street pieces and have your child sit down while playing.Poor design, in my opinion.

2) The car, bus, and airplane stickers do not stick very well to the side of the tub, even when wet. They do stick great onto the street pieces, but as I just mentioned...once you put them on the street...the street then falls in the tub.

I bought this because it got such great reviews, I'm really wondering if the people who liked this just got a different product than I did.

The *only* reason I gave it 2 stars and not "0" stars is that my son and daughter (2 yr old twins) still like to play w/the pieces independently (not as stickers, but they treat them like boats) so....for that I give it 2 stars.Disappointed though...

My 2 1/2 year old daughter received these from Santa and they have been a big hit!The first night she jumped in the tub and immediatly started making all the car and truck noises and putting them on the road. They foster great vocabulary skills when you can talk about all the different types of vehicles and transportation. What I especially like is the colors. It is hard to find cars and trucks that aren't the traditional red and blue. They are more girl friendly without being too "girly" for little boys. They are very sturdy and store easily in the mesh bag provided. The only downfall is there could be more road pieces.Otherwise, a great tub toy!

Recently bought these foam bath toys for my 3 year old because he's mad about all things cars/fire engines.Whilst a good idea in principle, we have a curved tub and it's worth mentioning that they will not stick to a curved tub. That said, even though we have regular flat tiles, the roads do not like to stick to the tile either.

However, he does enjoy laying the roads out on the flat tiles and chugging the cars etc round that way.He even moves the pieces round the lip of the bath, so does really enjoy the set, albeit not in the way the manufacturer intended.

POOF-Slinky 35100 Ideal Impact Game

POOF-Slinky 35100 Ideal Impact GameI bought this toy for my grandchildren, ages 7 and 4.They were very interested -but the toy broke after about 5 minutes of play. The pendulum weight hit the metal support legs, and the ball chain that supports the weight broke.I can see no way to repair this failure. We improvised a pendulum with a piece of string and some miscellaneous hardware for a weight. The kids still enjoyed playing with the toy, and I guess you could say that the toy has educational value since they learned something about making do.But I did not feel that the toy was a good value, and I would not recommend it to others.

Kids On the Go Art Lap Desk

Kids On the Go Art Lap DeskI bought this for our 6 and 7 yr old boys, so the size is perfect. They only use it to draw on in the car not to eat or play toys on, etc. It's a little flimsy for my taste, but from what I've read, that's supposed to be safer. Its good for them to draw on, but I suppose if you had a large book, it would serve the same purpose. But I will say that they do use it almost every time we get in the car and they can store their pencils in the pockets.

Compact design. The surface is durable enough to withstand a couple of cross-country road trips with a toddler. The side pouches are handy for holding crayons and markers. My main concern/complaint is that it is difficult to attach a page to the desktop. The elastic borders are sufficient for more advanced drawers, but a smaller child will have difficulty keeping the page affixed to the desk without it sliding around. To remedy this problem, I attached a clipboard under the elastic borders. . . but then I thought "wow, what's the point of the lap desk besides the side storage pouches?" It still works well for us as a firm desktop for long road trips. We can prop books and toys on top of it for our child to play with.

My 4 year old broke his arm just below the shoulder and had to have his entire arm wrapped to his chest for over a month. I got him this for preschool to hold his papers still so he could still color and write. The elastic corners were perfect and it worked great so he could still do things one-handed. It is also light weight so it doesn't weigh down his back pack.

I should have returned this as soon as I received it. The stitching on the Velcro loop was coming undone. There was a tearing at the seams of the crayon pockets. The manufacturing was AWFUL. In the interest of time I kept and fixed those issues so it was functional for my niece as we took off on a long rode trip, but otherwise disappointed in the shoddy quality.

These are awesome lap desks. We used two for our road trip from Ohio to Alaska, and they held up well. Three years later on our move from Alaska to Las Vegas, they still were in very good condition, and we bought a third for our now-old-enough son. The zipper pockets are perfect for crayons, markers, and colored pencils, and they work well for both car seats and boosters. Sanity saver for us!!!

Twilight Imperium 3rd Edition

Twilight Imperium 3rd EditionTwilight Imperium is one of the best games I have ever played. As a student at college, my friends and have 1-2 board game nights per week; with Twilight Imperium and Acquire being the most played games. I would highly recommend this game, though the learning curve is rather steep (an hour at to learn the rules) and the game takes a long time to play (4+ hours). If you are looking for a conquest game like RISK, stop reading now. Twilight Imperium is based on maneuvering, preparation, and diplomacy with few significant battles in the game.

The game is played to victory 10 points and unlike most war games, conquest is not the only means of victory. Points are acquired through capturing planets but also "researching" technology, and political decisions. The method of determining turn order is also quite original. Each player chooses a card (1-8) which in addition to being the order in which the players play, gives each player a special ability for that round. To further add interest each card has a secondary ability which all the other players can use when the player owning the card uses it. As a result not only are broad discussion (like conquest or technology) important but every turn can be critical as the players ability to ace often depends directly on when and how the other players act. This may seem as if it would slow the game, but a restriction on how many turns a player can take per round keeps the game moving nicely but keeps strategy extremely important through out.

This is not to say I don't have a few complaints about the game. The first couple of times we played we noticed some imbalances which led to certain having a definite advantage and the game always trending in the same way. There are 3 ways to get these points. Every player can complete common objectives, a new one being revealed each turn. A player gets 2 points every time they get the 8 card, and a player has a secret objective which can be worth two points. Our problem was that everyone accomplished the same common objectives. Because the 8 is so valuable, whoever went first had to take the 8, the person on their right then always took the 1 (and so they chose first next turn), so they could get the 8 next turn. Anyone who failed to follow this pattern automatically became 2 points behind, and never could catch up. The result is that there is little strategy to taking the 8 or the 1. Finally the secret objectives vary greatly in difficulty. As a result players who got easy secret objectives, or got to go first were far more likely to win. In fact in our first 3 games (5 players), the player who went first won 2 of them, and the only player that completed his secret objective in the 3rd game, won that one. At this point we were ready to give up on the game but instead we played around with the rules and came up with a slightly variation which greatly helped improve the game. If you do buy this game I highly recommend trying this variation after playing the normal rules a couple of times.

Rule Variation:

Many of these rule variations were taken from the Twilight Imperium Rule Variations which can be found (...)

1) The 8 card's text has been modified to the Game Option: Ancient Throne which gives a player 1 point for controlling Mecatol Rex. This modification greatly increases the strategy in choosing the 8 or 1.

2) Long War Variant: Play to 14 victory points. This will be necessary due to rule change # 3.

3) A player receives 2 victory points if they capture a planet in an opponent's home system. A player may only get points for a home system once. If the owner of the home system was not in control of the planet when it was captured this is reduced to 1 point. The reason for this rule was to encourage conquest (something that was seriously lacking in our previous games). The point reduction rule is to help prevent two players from allying to take a home system (since one of the players will not get all the points).

4) Every player receives 2 secret objectives. After creating the board but before the first turn each player must choose and discard one of them. This rule helps reduce the problem of unbalanced (in terms of difficulty) secret objectives.

5) You may only complete public objectives if you control all the planets in your home system (you may complete other objectives however). This allows players to slow down a player who gets too far ahead.

6) Destroyers get 4x Anti-fighter barrage. Destroyers are the weakest units in the game; this makes them a little better, but still hardly worth using.

7) The common objectives are laid face up on the table (you may still only complete the first after the first turn, second after the second, etc). This reduces the luck involved near the end of the game, as every one knows what is coming.

8) Technology can be purchased with influence or resources (but no combination). This rule helps balance the planets so everyone has more equal resources.

These rules seem to be very effective. While most players still get all of the common objectives, winning the game now depends on controlling Mecatol Rex, completing secret objectives or taking home systems. Players have been very successful using any combination of these three methods, and no race has done better or worse than any other. While these may seem to lead to large amount of conquest, this has never been the case, with only 3-10 major battles occurring in 4 player games.

Twilight Imperium is a space conquest board game with many different ways to win and numerous things that make it new and different every time you play.

You can win one of any three ways in TI.You can win by conquering all of your opponents(much like Risk), by accumulating points(much like Settlers of Catan), or by some random game events that come up in cards that are drawn occasionally.

This game has 10 races that you randomly choose from at the beginning of each game. The "universe" is made up of 30-40 some odd hex tiles that are randomly placed to create a unique and changing universe every time.

The game supports 3-6 players, each having their own unique color, counters, 60+ unit pieces, markers, tokens, etc. All of the pieces are made of a very thick cardboard stock and are quite sturdy. They seemed to be covered in a canvas type material making them moderately water resistant. The actual unit pieces are a medium hardness molded plastic making them tough as well as being well detailed.A typical game takes 3-4 hours. The learning curve is moderate to high and for that reason it is recommend for ages 14+, the numerous small pieces DO represent a choking hazard and the game is not recommended for small children up to age 3.

All in all, this game is AMAZING.It feels like an epic adventure every time!I haven't been this happy about a purchase in ages, so go out and give Twilight Imperium a try, you'll be glad you did.

Let begin with this: THIS GAME IS AMAZING!

It is phenomenal in every way. It balances really well and the rules, as copious as they are, are well thought out and intuitive. You can learn them with ease but it will take some time to get through them all. The game is also really fun and the theme is spectacular. The gameplay is so deep that it feels so much more sophisticated than any board game I've ever played. The biggest problem I have with the game is that it never leaves my shelf. The game is great and I recommend it for anyone with some other roommates that have similar schedules but the problem with the game is the length of time it takes to play. The product description says about 3 hours but that is, in my experience, way underestimated.Of the five games I have played, it usually took about 7 or 8 hours, the fastest game was 5 hours. That big chunk of time is just too much especially for 4 or 5 people to all be in the same place at the same time. If that is not a problem then I say you should buy it, but for 70 bucks, the one game that you might play just isn't worth it.

Read Best Reviews of Twilight Imperium 3rd Edition Here

Twilight Imperium is an amazing experience. In this game, 3-6 players take on the roles of alien races in a crumbling space empire. It is the goal of all players to re-establish the empire and claim the throne. In order to do this, other players must be destroyed (or at least put off).Of course, space combat plays a large role in this game, but this is not just a game of space combat.Diplomacy, trade, and politics are also portrayed in the mechanics of this game. The thing that I really like about this game is that there is a psychological side as well--how well you succeed will sometimes depend on how well you can convince other players that what will benefit you will benefit them as well.

I highly recommend this game. However, there is one thing to be aware of when you purchase this game.It takes a fairly long time to play, especially for new players of the game.I would recommend budgeting 6 hours at least for your first game.If spend that much time on a boardgame doesn't appeal to you, then this might not be the game for you. However, every time I play this game, I have a blast. Also, unlike many other boardgames, you'll be talking about the strategy of the games you play even weeks after the game is finished. This is where I think this game really succeeds--every game creates a story that the players really get into. So, if you'd like to take a chance on an epic game, you can't go wrong with Twilight Imperium.

I start this by saying that if you are not a fan of marathon games (those taking 4 or more hours to play), you will probably not like this game. However, if you like games that combine exploration, combat, trade, technology trees, and diplomacy in a game that has virtually unlimited replayability, the hours spent playing will go by so fast your head will spin!

There are ways to set up the board for 3, 4, 5, and 6 players, and the "board" is composed of sturdy cardboard hexagons beautifully printed with planets, starscapes, asteroids, novae, etc.The ships are all identical from player to player except for color, but the detail is amazing! And with ten species to choose from, each with their own individual strengths and weaknesses (the game recommends they be handed out randomly), along with the random tile setup of each board, there is a statistically improbable chance to ever see the same game twice!Add to that the factor of which tech people will research in a game (do I want better combat ships, or more productive colonies?), which action cards will come up for voting, and just plain human chaotic nature, and it makes it even more fun!

There is a learning curve, but no more so than with most, and if even one person (usually the owner) knows the rules, you can be underway in about 15 minutes (board setup included). Now, the first time the box is opened, you will have a task of popping the ships off their plastic trees (be careful with the carriers; they can twist the wrong way and break, I've heard!), popping the galaxy tiles out of their cards, and then popping out hundreds of chits from their trees. This can take a little while.

As the species in the game have their own planet(s), chits, and other race-based items, you may find it useful to put each species card (and sundry items) in large Zip-Loc bags for fast setup. Of course, this means a slower cleanup when the game is over, but believe me, the next time you want to play (and you *will* want to play again!), you'll appreciate what you did at the end of the last game!(That, or you'll be cursing yourself for not doing it!) ;-)

400 Count 16mm (Purple, Blue, Green, Red) Dice by Brybelly

400 Count 16mm Dice by BrybellyI bought these dice for use in my probability class.I find them invaluable for in class examples (every student can roll their own random events). You can't beat the price and they are solid quality dice with with no nicks or defects.

I received my dice but was missing some of the green dice, and some of the dice are defective. Like one had an extra hole, so it was suppose to be a "2" but it looked like a "3" on that side of the dice. And like many other reviews, the plastic wrapping around the dice did not hold through the shipping process. It was a good thing Amazon put all 400 dice in their own box and then inside the shipping box, otherwise the dice would have been everywhere. Other than those issues the dice are dice.

Some of the dice were defected. For example, the number that was to be a TWO with two white dots, had two plus an extra dripping of white paint. So looked like two sides ofa number three and none were the number two. They were gifts and I did not inspect all 6sides of the 400 dice I purchased.

remember you are buying cheap dice! They were great for my purposes but not all are square and they are very light weight.A true dice player would probably not find these to be great for consistent rolls.

Zvezda Models 1/144 Junkers JU-87 Stuka (Snap Kit)

Zvezda Models 1/144 Junkers JU-87 Stuka
  • Engineered for modeling enjoyment
  • Plastic parts with enhanced detail
  • Unprecedented value
  • Ready for immediate assembly
  • Snap Kit Set

This thing is worth every penny. See my review of the JU-88 that I purchased the same day, and you'll see that I'm not exactly the kind of reviewer that gives a bunch of 5-star reviews.

Detail is great. Not perfect, but definitely more than good enough for the scale and the price point. Assembly is ridiculously easy. I had it completely assembled in fewer than five minutes. Comes with a neat full-color plastic-coated stat-card for a game I've never heard of!

I love it.

Race Day Plastic Tablecloth 54" x 108"

Race Day Plastic Tablecloth 54' x 108'I was amazed by the superior quality of this product compared to the other table clothes I bought at the 99 cent store. With kids around other table clothes rip right away but this one lasted a long time. I kept it on days after the party to make the house special for the birthday boy. He loved it.

Butterfly SCS-5000 Shakehand Racket

Butterfly SCS-5000 Shakehand RacketThis paddle was well worth the money. My game has improved a lot over the past months since I started using it. My only minor complaint is that the edge tape seems cheap for the price, all other aspects of the paddle rock.

I love the paddle. The spin and speed this adds to the game is awesome! I have been able to ramp up my attacks and incorporate some decent serves.

I do have oneoncern, though, and it could just be mine; however, I have been playing with this regularly for about 7 months and I expect there to be some minor wear on the edges of the rubber, but I do not expect the glue around about a 3 inch section of the perimeter to be wearing off. About a three inch long and quarter inch deep section of rubber is loose. Am not sure if this is typical, but for the price, I thought it would not peel so soon.

I love the paddle, just concerned about the peeling rubber.

SCS-5000 is slightly lighter than the Butterfly Fire Hand (which I used for a couple of years); it took me a few hours to adjust to the weight. The rubber gives good traction; and allows me to control the ball better. Yes, I like it...it was a good buy.

A well balanced racket with good offense and defense, extremely good cotrol. I had always been a Yasaka fan, but this racket has changed my outlook totally. Would recommend this racket to any lover of the game. Worth the price! Ifte.

The rubbers are just mediocre. Bottom line I wish I'd done more research before spending so much money on it

Levels of Discovery Princess Vanity Table and Chair Set

Levels of Discovery Princess Vanity Table and Chair SetWe bought this vanity to replace a less durable plastic vanity. The perfect aged girl for this vanity is 3-5 years. Our daughter is 6 and although she is using it (for play and as a table to do her schoolwork) she will probably outgrow it after the summer.Durable construction and nice decorative work.It was easy to put together too.I really like the chair because it is a real chair and not a bench. The built in jewelry boxes which are on the vanity are a great idea because they won't fall off!Overall we are happy with our purchase!

We bought this vanity for our 3 year old daughter, who loves to play with makeup. This is sooo cute and is something that she will play with for years. We looked at all the other "play" vanities and they all looked very cheap. It looks so cute in her room and the chair is to die for! It is very easy to put together and she loves the musical box that is on top of the vanity. We also like it because she can use any play makeup sets with this vanity.

This is the best quality product I have seen in a long time. The detail is beautiful and it was so easy to put together. The only flaw is that there is no detail on the back of the chair. So when the chair is placed neatly under the table the back of the chair is plain. Not a deal breaker, but it would have made this set the cutest on the planet.

Anna is almost five and I didn't want her to miss the enchantment of pretending to be a little princess while she is young. Her parents tell me that she has great time with her make up table when her best friend comes to visit. Earlier, she kept telling me that she didn't have a make up table and I am sure she will use this table to do her homework, etc when she starts school. It is wonderful to be a young girl and have fun, and I am glad I bought it for her.

A+ Childsupply Stackable Toddler Chair 8"

A+ Childsupply Stackable Toddler Chair 8'I have to say I am extremely impressed by this chair! It is very strong and sturdy (it could even hold my weight). My 19 month old loves it!The handles on the back and sides of the chair are great as well, because it allows him to pull the chair where he wants it.

The only negative thing I have to say about this chair, Is I originally bought it to be used with a table I purchased at ikea.I didn't realized how short this chair was so my son is unable to comfortably reach the table top while sitting in it. (he's to short)That however, was a measuring area on my part.

I'll be buying the 10" version of this chair as well for the table, and keep this one around for my son to sit in the kitchen or playroom.Make sure you are getting the right size for your needs.

We don't have these at home, but our toddler's daycare has them for the kids (12-24 months). They are incredibly durable and easy for the kids to use. They use these for eating and crafts. My son has an easy time sitting, scooting back in them, and pushing them around the linoleum. The teachers even sit on them by turning them on their side. Now I call that durable.

I decided not to buy one only because their height makes their usefulness limited to a short window of time. If they were less costly I probably would have bought one for home.

This chair is not quite an A+, it's more like a C+.The pro is that it's made of durable natural wood, but it is too low to the ground and not quite a suitable toddler chair. It ismore like the size of a potty chair!I would've been better off getting the Anywhere Chair from Pottery Barn.

These cups are a riot.We bought them for a circus themed baby shower and took photos with people drinking from them that looked like they had the noses of the cups.It was so much fun and laughter as people "picked their nose" at the shower.By the way these were all adults....so they are not just for kids!Highly recommend if you are wanting to lighten spirits and have a multitude of laughing involved.

Everyone at the party loved these cups, and everyone enjoyed picking their animal nose. I'm told that some people even kept their cups. My friend said these went over better then the Pick Your Human Nose cups, which were more awkward for people. The cups are a bit small but the colors are vibrant and the cups are sturdy.
