Panzer Korps is not new but is extremely well done and adaptable to any scale with comprehensive tables that can keep the game simple or more complex depending on your interest. The scale of the system is so rarely seen usually reserved for expensive PC games. I have enjoyed it and continue to use it to build new scenarios.
