I bought this chess set as a first set for my daughter as she learns how to play.It is a very nice chess set for the price.There are a few very minor imperfections in the marble, but I guess that is to be expected.Overall, I really have no complaints and would recommend this set.
Very nice chess set. The pieces are all solid, nice looking, the board is large and its just fun playing chess on it after using a little plastic cheapy. its also a good centerpiece in the living room, and it arrived quickly and in perfect condition.... five stars, thumbs up. i emailed the company about a shipping question and they responded right away and were very friendly.
