We've had this set for almost 5 years now and it's lasted through a LOT of play.We actually keep them with our regular dishes now and the children eat off of them.They are more durable than our real dishes. My 20 month old loves to drink out of the little cups.

Just so you know it says "Made in China" on the box when it arrives. I don't know if that's important to you. I suppose if the child is not using this set for real eating it's fine.

It's been a great addition to our play food set and very sturdy.
