This cradle appears sturdy and well built, with nice heavy balls, but the cradle only operates for about 5 seconds (or less) before the balls get out of sync and the effect stops. Not sure why but I know that I've seen other Newton Cradles that run for a much longer time. This particular model uses fishing line to suspend the balls.

This bear was very small. Less than the size of my fist. I came all deformed and is not made well. Not good for anything other than putting on a shelf.

Thisfigure is a dwarf of a creature and isn't big enoughtobe taken all too seriously. You would do better to your self if you just bought a dire bear figure and stood it in for a normal bear.
I really wanted to get a puppet that I could use to entertain our 2 month old daughter, but alas, this is not the product. I love the fact that it is all natural and feels soft and durable, but I can not properly fit my hand inside to make it work as it should. I don't have really big hands, I would say I am an average sized woman, but it is impossiable for me to get each of my fingers where they need to be in order to interact with my baby. I think a child might be able to work this product better than I can, but I won't be able to test that theory for a few years yet. As of now it is really just another stuffed animal.
This slide seems to be pretty decent, but the instructions could use some help. The instructions state that the slide should be assembled first, and then attached to the playset, but I found it easier to attach the top of the slide and then add sections as I assembled them. Also, the included lag bolts for attaching the top section are too long for most playset crossboards and stick through on the interior of the playset. I ended up adding a second layer of boards across the top and bottom of the opening for the slide to make sure no sharp points were sticking through that could cause injuries. There was an insert included in the instructions stating that a flat washer should be used on the top two lag bolts for attaching the top of the slide to the playset, and while I think it makes sense to use the flat washers, I opted to use them for *all* of the lag bolts attaching the top of the slide to the playset. The heads on the included lag bolts are not that much larger than the holes for the lag bolts in the slide, and I was concerned that the lag bolts could pull through, especially on a hot day when the plastic would be softer. I did have to purchase additional washers because of this (I ended up 3 short due to using 10 more than called for), but washers are inexpensive.

When my mom gave this as a 1st bday gift to my son I was dubious as to how much he would like it and how long I'd be able to stand the noise. Happily I was pleasantly surprised with both his reaction to the toy and my ability to listen to it over and over again.The tone is low and therefor very easy to "tune out" when he repeatedly hits the same button.He loves the animal noises and the child's voice that sings "Old MacDonald".It's been 5 months and this toy has become a favorite to take along in the car, to playdates, and to wake up with in the crib providing mommy and daddy with a bit of a morning sleep in.I highly recommend this as a baby gift.

I bought this toy for my 2 yr old niece's birthday and she loved it. The size is perfect, not too large, not too small. It was very soft, which makes for a great doll. There are no moving pieces to this doll, just your average stuffed Big Bird. I did, however, like the fact that the resemblence to Big Bird was a lot better than others I've seen on the market. I bought this set for my disabled daughter who has been wanting a train set for awhile. It looks great, a lot of detail. She recognizes all the candy brands. Its very easy to control once you've set the wheels on the track. I find that when it comes uncoupled its usually because the wheels weren't quite on the track. My daughter is able to control it frontwards and backwards and she loves the whistle and bells. It does, however, take a lot of batteries. I'm considering getting the rechargeable battery pack. I was a bit disappointed to find out the globe doesn't spin as in others globes of the same type I've seen. It would be nice if this detail was cleared disclosed. Otherwise, a nice piece for a desk/office.
This fox is far lovelier than the photo. The red and black are distinctive, deep and silky. The eyes are way cute and foxy, and hes sooo soft. A wonderfully cuddly size, and delivery was very fast. It also had a little tag with data about foxes I didnt even know, so gave the educational value 5 stars also. Ordered it on a sunday, got it that tuesday, at noon. 10 stars!!
