My wife and I love pool but being a military family and having to move every few years makes having a full-size table pretty much an impossibility. I took a bit of a gamble on this one hoping it would bring some of the fun of pool into our home and it exceeded my hopes.

I was worried something bulky like this would be damaged in shipping but it was well packaged and arrived nearly perfect, with only one small cosmetic ding that I didn't even spot on first inspection. There's really no setup or assembly required; just unpack it, unfold the legs and you're good to go. The table feels fairly heavy for its size (certainly much heavier than a card table) and feels reasonably solid when we were playing.

The game play was better than expected. The felt seems to have the appropriate amount of resistance for the scale of things. Everything is miniature as compared to a real table of course, but it was still just as much fun for casual players like us.

The small amount of enjoyment lost by the fact that this table is smaller than a real table is more than made up for by the fact that we have it in our home and can play any time the mood strikes. Add to that the fact that the legs fold up and we can easily store the table out of the way when not in use and we are a very happy pool-playing family.

My Grand children love it!!! It is sturdy and stores easily,when they are not here. Their parents enjoyed teaching them the game of pool.
