The good about the card is that it makes opponents rethink using that mana and when they do it mills the deck. But once they can bypass that mana with other mana it just seems like a wasted card in the deck. I have a bunch of them now that aren't in my mill deck because I would rather some defensive cards (either counters or small creatures).Maybe they will make it back into the deck if I can find the right combination for it.
