The product is well made and has very attractive details. Yet, I didn't realize that there could be such a difference between professional furniture delivery service and boxed shipments. The product is heavy, which means it is a big deal to handle, pack,or re-ship if it is damaged. I have to give OJ Commerce credit for working with me. They remedied the shipment damage in a such a manner that I didn't walk away miffed, but satisfied.
